Great sound but the button gets in the way when I wanted to take them out.

The sound was ok. But the still fall out the ear, that was the reason I bought them. I have since returned them.

They don't block out the outside sound like it says

I had to return this product 3 times because each time I got the product it didn’t work or was defective. The last time I return the product i had to deal with Best Buy’s terrible customer service who tried to charge me $60 more for a different color of the same. Avoid dealing with Best Buy and if you are going to buy tech just buy online

The battery life is disappointing Ear pice need to be smaller and more options for the ear

I expected more from these. They weren’t as comfortable in my ear as they should’ve been even after changing the rubber piece cove to small. Also Mot as loud as expected

Horrible headphones. The quality of the case are trash!! They feel very cheap and easy to break. The noise cancellation was fairly decent but the sound quality was also disappointing. Honestly, just a horrible product. For the price of those earphones, might as well get a $100 product that would sound the same

Couldn't keep them in my ears. Didn't hook in my ears as I was told they would.

I have a hard time finding head phones that stay in my ears without being uncomfortable, but these are great. Even with running and sweat, they stay in place and don't feel like they're going to fall out. The noise cancelling works great, in a loud gym, I can only hear surround music/noises if I really listen for them.

Great wireless earbuds. The sound quality is great.

This is my third pair of beats and i use them for the gym and everyday work. And sometimes between cardio and sets other headphones fall but this one stay in place and are smaller Nd easy to put in the ear. The best part and why i decided to buy another beats is the case they may smaller perfect to cardy on my pocket

Do not hold up. Sound great made cheap. Little finger tab broke on one and the other started humming of course just out of warranty.

They were great at first, but just as they hit 1 year old they are making this high pitch tone when I do not have music playing. I am very careful with my headphones at all times. Yes, I use them a LOT but there is no reason for them to go out when they are just now 1 year old.
