    Had to retire 3 pair because of a hardware issue and they all had issue with transparency mode when listening to something clap your hands they would disconnect

    This is the second pair that I have tried. Both times the left ear bud is not connected! So, I guess I have to go back one more time and exchange these.

    Terrible product. Had to exchange Bose for these as Bose model was no longer available. Noise and static. Now one is lost due to accident and the locator app only locates when both in same place. Bose products much better. Replacing with Bose.

    After 6 months (or less), the wings start to tear and ARE NOT covered by the warranty. I googled this and found many people had this same issue and the same tear. (there is a discussion thread on the apple support page that people have posted pictures of the same tear that i have)
