BeatsX Ear Plugs

So the ear plus that I have are too big and the other is too small. Missing ear plugs is the only reason for a one star rating! Other than that the beatsX is a great head set I have another pair at home. Missing ear plugs made all the difference! This is a Refurbished product that I purchased. I just didn’t realize pieces(ear plugs)would be missing.

Missing original accessories

I wanted to use the medium size tips but those weren’t included. Just large and small size. But the original headphones come with 4 sets of tips. I’m afraid to buy refurbished from best buy now. It doesn’t appear their refurbished products are actually refurbished, they are just used and reboxed.
