Beats arrived without the earbuds?!

They arrived in the usual Best Buy refurbished packaging, which I was OK with, but the rubber earbuds that go into your ears were missing! I sincerely hope whoever does quality control over selling refurbished items at Best Buy reads this.

When I did give them to him they would not connect to his iPod or any other device. Unfortunately this was after the warranty period. Waste of money. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with a refurb item from Best Buy. Not sure I'll do that again.

Was okay but not durable
