I really loved this! It was exactly what my family and I were looking for!

I got my beets n I love them great sound n never leave home without them

I don't know if I just didn't put them in my ears properly or what, but there was like ZERO base. I returned them and got some Bose.

Terrible !!! No bass (bottom end) to these. Very disappointed !!! Returned for what I should've ordered online in the 1st place.

This product has too many issues. I am not able to connect and if connected then it disconnects automatically.

Got my package with Only 2 sizes of earbuds, original packaging contain 4 pairs. And got only one ear pair of ear plugs, Actual package contains two pairs.

They didn't really sound like beats, granted the power is lesser because wireless. Bought in november broke by january. covered under manufactures warranty

It worked great for 7 month and then suddenly it juat stopped turning on. And since it is a refurb, iy only had the 60 day warranty. I would stay away.

This headphone sound is very good and product is very good

I've had wired Beats headphones before and truly enjoyed them. I wanted to have some wireless and bought these refurbished. After only a few months, I had powering up issues, then the right side went out. Tried creasing the cable to relax the cabling inside, now works with a shortage. I will not buy refurbished again and retail is too much. Of course the warranty ran out shortly after they stopped working properly.

2nd pair in less than 5 months sound is excellent but both of them died after a couple months

These earbuds were labeled refurbished, but once opened there was a very strong cologne odor. Basically they stunk and there is no way to get the smell out of the headphones. My assumption is that these headphones were returned and immediately thrown in the "Refurbished Bin" without any check of the product at all! How can best buy call these refurbished when they absolutely wreak of cologne! Very Very disappointed!!!!!

I have to return this head phone. The sound is so bad. There is no bass. Dissapointed!!!

They slip off from your ears regularly. I regret buying them. Don't buy them if you're looking for a good earphones.

I purchased the refurbished Beatsx. Initially it worked fine. After few months, i started having issues. Only few disconnects a day but as of today it keeps going between my phone and bluetooth for every few seconds. I switch on my beatsx but iphone could not recognize. I like that i can charge it with my iphone cable but not worth the hastle of working through the issue. My driver is uptodate.

I’ve had beats before and I’ve always liked them, not the best quality, but they’re good. When I bought these headphones I thought that as any other beats headphones they would be fine. The sound is horrible, if you’re into the quality of the music, you won’t like these. They’re overpriced (can get the same quality for $10 Sony headphones) and just overall didnt like the sound at all.

Left earphone had static coming from it. Returned and bought a new pair at the store. So much for trying to be cheap.

I bought a refurbished pair at a good price I did not care for them I opted to get Wireless and wire-free

They’re ok, I don’t like how they slip out of my ears every 10 seconds.. sound quality could’ve been better

Disclaimer: My product was a Geek Squad Referbished Product I would like to start that my unit didn’t even come with it’s basic ear tips, I had to use one of the 3 included tips to even try them out. The sound quality was horrible, 0 base and all the music and basic videos I tried made everything seem tinny/off. I exchanged them for better headphones
