Not Refurbished

Definitely not "refurbished" by any means and should never have been sold as such. Could have been bad luck, but Best Buy needs to seriously review their process for certifying products. Unacceptable.

Worked great for a week

Honestly, I know that failures can happen even with new products. I planned on buying them again today to replace those, but Best Buy wouldn’t even price match the price at which I bought them the first time. Very disappointing

I bought 2 brand new sets and one refurbished. All of them sucked. They all stop charging. Get stuck in this weird mode where they blink red white red white. And if that doesn’t happen one of the earbuds stops working

Do Not Buy

These are too expensive to only work for a few months. My LG Tone's worked for over a year before failing and are half the price of these. May have just been mine but will never be buying Beats again.

Absolute garbage

I have heard of several people having their beatsX stop working for no reason. Poorly designed! Would not recommend. If you’re paying this much, just get AirPods!

Stopped working almost immediately

These headphones stopped working very soon after getting them. The battery life was poor and did not last more than 1-2 hours. Total duds.

They completed failed the day before the final day we could return them. I wouldn't recommend this item to anyone!
