The earphones were defective. They would not turn on after being charged. I bought them online but returned them to a Best Buy store near here, which was convenient and easy. Then I purchased something else on Amazon.

It’s only been 2 months that I have them and one of the ear buds stopped working. I know it’s not my fault because I rarely use them and I keep them safe in a pouch, never even took them outside my house.

These are version 1 beats. The pair I got didn't work half the time and it only took me 4 days to take them back. Don't buy them or you will be sorely disappointed. They are garbage!!!!!

My beatsx headphones (refurbished) died after a few months of use. Since they were refurbished, they were registered with their original purchase date and Apple refused to service them.

Geek squads warranty on refurbished items? “Sorry we can’t help you” The battery won’t hold a charge in these. Probably same reason they were originally returned.

I bought this refurbished beats Bluetooth earbuds. They worked great the first month, but now they do not hold any charge. Don’t waste your money on refurbished.

First time buying a refurbished product and it will be the last. Got the heads phones and they had ear wax on it (disgusting). I immediately returned them.

These earphones only lasted me a couple months before they started having issues and eventually only one ear piece worked.

My daughter loves these headphone they charge with the lightning charger and the rocks.

I have received the headphones in the custom box. Also one of the headphone is not working. This was excellent refurbished product. Very disappointing.

Do not waste your money. Bought and returned next day. Airpod Pro's are the best on the market.
