Took forever, broken when arrived

Incredibly frustrating as it took quite a while to get here in the first place. I'd just save the hassle and pain- buy straight from Apple. Ugh. (Side note... Best Buy support was the worst. No help. Last time I'll be buying tech from here.)

Broken out of box

The left ear sounded great but the right ear had a crackling noise. I was extremely disappointed. This pair clearly wasn't "certified" or checked at all! Hopefully I can exchange them for a working set!
