The first few months with these was amazing. They paired easily, use the same charger as the iphone, and the battery life is fantastic. However, just after these were out of warranty (and I mean JUST), they started to suddenly turn off, despite being fully charged. Once this happened, I would not be able to turn them on again until I had plugged them in to charge, even if just for long enough for the light to come on. After 2 seconds on the charger, I'd unplug and be good to go... until they turned off again. Incredibly frustrating and inconvenient if you're listening on the go-- which I usually am. Now, fast forward to owning them for about 13 months, and they won't turn on. I was in the middle of a phone call with them when they suddenly turned off and haven't turned on since. I have tried to reset, charge, update, etc., to no avail. The light turns on when they're charging but NOTHING when off the charger. Such a disappointment. I don't think I'll be trying refurbished again. They are great while they work, but I would NOT recommend buying these.

Picked these refurbished Beats X headphones from Best Buy and was a little worried at first since it was a refurbished product but it got here fast, in one piece in amazing condition practically brand new with all items included from the original case. the headset itself sounds great and being able to not worry about wires is great. Syncs like a charm to my phone and computer. Highly recommended.

Love the sound quality of these headphones! The 8hrs of playtime is also a big plus.

I buy refurbished stuff all the time. But I was a little hesitant about buying these refurbished headphones. I'm glad I decided to buy them though. They have been great so far.

Clearity, light weight, not in the way when working out, and easy to put away

Those who are turned off by the guaranteed loss of the airport should consider the Beats X. Better sounds quality, automatically detected by your iPhone thanks to the W2 chip, and best of all, no worries about losing 1. Some of the best airbuds I've used. Need to use them for calling, voices come though clear on both ends. So good I purchased two. Grey and the black/reds

This is a very good headset the material it’s made out of this quality and feels good around your neck speaker sound good in our battery life – could be better

These connect real good with the w3 chip but they just don’t sound good. Lack of bass and not loud in general, muffled sound.

These are great. Hold a charge for 8+ hours and don’t fall out during workouts.
