This is the first thing I've ever ordered from Best Buy and it's surpassed my expectations. I've read reviews saying that only the Beats are shipped without anything else so that's what I expected. But they came in the actual box with a Beats charging cable and carrying case with extra ear pieces! The sound quality is superb. I read more reviews saying that they cause pain and are uncomfortable to wear but the best thing to counter that is to experiment with different ear pieces, the ones that come with the beats. The Beats came with a 90 day GeekSquad warranty and a return slip but so far I've had no problems. A great refurbished buy at an amazing price.

Love the sound quality for the money. Bass was good. Power life is questionable.Good for work out, running & walks. Do recommend for work out. Delivery was within time frame from order took place. Overall price of product was fair and equal anyone else. Best Buy service is better. Rating four stars.

These Beats are great, they last long the sound is high quality & they fit very comfortably.

Bought these for my wife to use in the gym because she needed a wireless headset that had ear hooks for running. They sound pretty decent for the price. Very bassy, mids are a little muddled, and overall good mic clarity. I normally wouldn't purchase Beats as I feel they are a bit overpriced for the audio quality, but the re-certified price point was just right. They came in a box that looked basically new. It had all the accessories but was missing the manual (no biggie, Google can help with that) Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I've had beats wireless earbuds before. The beats 3 has more bass and a overall better sound quality. As far as the refurbished item, I had a issue with Bluetooth turning off with side to side head movements while working out. Outside of that, I'm satisfied with the refurbished beats3.

Buyer regret.. I'm not sure if I would be more satisfied with the purchase of different head phones but I am disappointed with the limited volume control of this headset I've tried various settings to correct the issue only to fail, otherwise the sound quality is very good

These are Absolute Beast / Best set of earphones, the sound qualities is among the best & the hook keep them in ear & not fall out & my best go to for long workouts. Not sure exact battery life, but its up there, maybe 10hrs is more realistic (imo) but really good. Refurb just as good as brand new, but if can get brand new, then go for it.

Used for long and impressed with quality audio and rock solid backup -2 days of normal usage. Had one from JBL NC earphone which used to last only for 2-3 hrs on single charge. Wish it could have NC. I found this refurb in original packaging with all new with no sign of use and with all accessories and full warranty from apple.

I think the sound is wonderful, and these headphones feel comfortable. The only problem I had with them was that when I tried to use them while walking, the connection was interrupted many times.

I’ve had dozens of Bluetooth headsets at this point, mostly for exercising, but None can compete to these when it comes to sound. They fit great and don’t come out, and I just don’t have any complaints. It’s odd that the controls are on the left ear piece—all my others have been in the right—but it’s a small price to pay for quality sound.

Great sound and battery life the fit is goood too no issues

I bought these as a gift for my husband. He loved the color, ( blue ) and he loved how light they felt and didn't bother his ears like other headsets / ear buds did after using them for extended periods of time. The fact that they were refurbished by Geek Squad saved us a lot of money off the original manufacter's price.

These are a great pair of headphones. I bought them for my sister but I also have a few pair of my own. Good sound quality, battery life and bluetooth range. Could be a bit more durable for exercise though.

These are my newest & best set todate. Absolutely love these Refurb, cant even tell they are not brand new, if can afford brand new, then go for it. Hands down, best sound quality & battery life. I believe the issues they have lies in the controller, so I set it once, then I control thru phone, then they are no issues. They still cut in & out once in awhile but turn off & back on & good to go. (One small thing not to do is when I hung them around my neck not in use, I hooked the ear hook together, (don't do), cause after time it will start wear down ur hooks, u'll see scratch & marks & start go apart.)

These were a bday present for my 17 yr old son. He did the research and insisted it was these he had to have. Even tho refurbished, still work like new. no original box, but so what, that gets thrown out anyway. Sound quality is great. quick recharging. long lasting on a charge. thumbs up!

I’ve had these for over 6 months and they still work like they are brand new. Sound quality is magnificent. They come with 3 sizes of ear buds you can attach and detach to the set. The battery life lasts very long and it charges really quick as well.

These beats are comfortable and the sound is great. Listening to music or taking a call the quality is very good. I love the soft material. At first it seems they would be rather fragile but they hold up very well and the connection strap is perfect for keeping the buds Around your neck when you need to remove them momentarily. Also come with different size bud covers for perfect fit. These are refurbished, and they work perfectly and cost much less.

I was looking for beats wireless headphones for he gym and other uses since I got an iPhone. I saw the refurbished headphones and took a risk and it was well worth it! My headphones are in pristine condition and i Love them for the gym. Take a risk!

Great sound, and effortless set-up, but had some problems with maintaining connectivity to my iphone 6. I eventually exchanged it for a new one and paid the difference.
