    First pair came and would not charge out of the box. Second pair sounded like ones I could buy at a Dollar Store. Took to Apple who sent in a returned me a new set which work fine. Don’t waste your time on refurbs and buy new if you want the actual working quality ones

    Great sound but two months in starting to have issues with bluetooth connection dropping randomly and static in audio when on video calls. Also the plastic tips that cushion your ear come off easily.

    I will say I'm disappointed in the sound. It could be because I can't get a good ear fit I don't know but it doesn't have that rich tone I'm looking for. I wish they would send memory foam ear pieces with it, I think it would help seal the sound.
