The quality of sound could be better

All I hear is "treble" and no base. I'm hoping the geek squad can help me out with this or that best buy will just replace them... Also, I was sent the wrong charger for these earphones...

Noise canceling they are not

The plane ambient noise disturbed the sound quality on the headphones to the point I had to change them to over the ear headphones to hear what I was listening to. I would not buy them for the price they cost
