Bought these refurbished power beats and it didn't last 2 weeks and after charging it for 5 hours, I can only use it for 2 hours and the battery will run out. I have owned the first generation and never had issues.

Not loud enough the Powerbeats 2 were better... would of kept it it was the same loudness

I was really excited to find such a great deal on theses headphones. I've had good luck in the past buying refurbished products, but now not with these. The 1st pair was dead after three uses. It would not take a charge nor hold a charge for more than an hour. I was able to exchange for another pair and these are now dead after two uses. Even if there were not dead the sound quality is not great. Very weak bass for Beats. In fact, I had to turn the treble down and bass up in Spotify to make them sound halfway decent. I'll be returning these back to the store for credit and getting different headphones.

I have the Power Beats 2 that I use for work and I love them. Wanted another pair for at home so I bought the Beats 3. They worked great for about 5 months now I can not lower or raise the sound or pause. These are definitely not as good quality as the beats 2. Apple should be ashamed to peddle these junky headphones.

Since purchasing these in July 2018 I have nothing but issues with them. My issue has been that they will not charge, turn on or reset. I have had to book appointments and take them into Apple 3 separate times. In February 2020 I took them in again for the same issue. Apple noted that I had brought them in last year for the same issue. They then said they are out of warranty so I cannot get them fixed unless I wish to pay $99. I'm now stuck with non-working headphones. If I keep bringing them in for the same issue there must be a problem. For the premium price you'd think you'd get a quality product and quality customer service. Do not recommend to anyone and will not be purchasing again. The $12.99 Marshall's headphones are working better.

Not bad price for beats. They last a few months now nees to be serviced.

Nicely refurbished, only flaw was that they stoped working in about a month.

If you are not used to is going to be a little hard to adjust it

Bought a pair of Refurbed Beats by Dre Powerbeats and they lasted 9 month before they stopped working completely. Best Buy would not service them (even with my receipt paperwork & box they shipped them in and me willing to pay for repair) because the S/N was partially worn off the cable on the headphones.

Very disappointed with this product, nice sound quality but died on me after using about 4 weeks... will not charge, tried to reset and all the firmware update ect. Will not buy any beats products in the future.
