I bought these in April 2019. They worked okay at first. Nothing special with the sound quality, but they did stay in my ear when I was working out. I first noticed battery life issues about 1 month ago. Now they will not hold a charge at all. These are completely worthless. I read the reviews. Thought some people were just dramatic and took my chance. Regret that decision. My wife also got a pair and hers died 2 months ago. DO NOT BUY THESE.

I purchased my PB3 yesterday and they are doing this. When I pick up the headset I get a flashing red/white/red/white. I try to turn the headset on, 3 flashing red lights. Nothing happens after that. Won't turn on, won't connect. Left them on the charger overnight, nothing. same process. I expected more from this product, especially since it happens to a lot of people. What a shame beats!

Had it for about 2 months then the battery started lasting for only 30 minutes. Worked great till this issue, now I have to buy new ones. I guess that teaches me to buy refurbished products

I was really looking forward to getting these and trying them out. I’m terribly disappointed in the sound quality from them. It sounds “tinny”. I tried sizing the different earpieces with the same result. Did a search and found that this is a familiar complaint with these earbuds. If I didn’t get such a great deal on them reconditioned, I’d be seriously upset dropping $100+ on a pair of earbuds that sound so cheap.

Powerbeats 3 buttons for volumes and pause/play are not working. Even after giving the device for repair with Geek Squad the buttons not working correctly.

I use these primarily while working out and these have a hard time staying in place. I have tried using the different size ear buds that come with the product and nothing seems to help. My ears are bright red after fighting to get these to fit and stay on while exercising. I was excited to get these and I'm really disappointed that they weren't a good fit for me. I'll be going back to my solo headphones.

I wouldn't recommend buying this product for when I had received it, they were and would not charge at all. The battery was fried. I tried troubleshooting them and I got nothing in return. I took them to Best Buy and they gave me a refund but that's it. I would not buy this and there may be something wrong with the pair you buy. On the box, it's says "Geek Squad" "TESTED AND APPROVED" Apprently not. This was my first time EVER buying beats and it turned out to be a terrible experience. It's also my first time writing a review but I tried to warn you guys.

I have had them for 60 days and they are broke. The battery doesn't charge and they won't turn on. The warranty is only for 30 days so i basically waisted 100 bucks on something that works for 60 days. worst part is they are refurbished so i wonder if this is this reason they were returned in the first place. maybe best buy didn't fix the problem?? if you research these the battery is a common problem for these. buy something else.

I am on my 4th pair in 8 months. These are the worst headphones on the market . The worst part is when the 12 month warranty ends i will be out $200 because they wont replace them. The nice customer service person says my experience is unusual but that cant be true, look at all the negative reviews. Apple should be offering a discount to get an different pair of air buds or other beats, that's what should be done when you knowingly have a bad product in the market.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. Battery seems to be an issue in the Powerbeats 2. After about 3 months, the product will no longer hold charge. I've uploaded the beats updater to ensure the latest firmware, but still not solved. Lastly, my battery charge indicator will go from 2% to 99% in 3 minutes..something isn't quite right. Can't return after 90 day refurbish policy.

My boyfriend and I ordered these on the same day and his came nice and packaged. However, mine came as if someone threw everything in there. Also, mine did not come with earbuds.

They are nice but missing the charging cable, they do work though.

Beats sound awful! Get the Bose Sportsound for $135 instead, sounds MUCH better.

I ordered the refurbished wireless headphones and they DO NOT WORK. They came with the charging port broken. They turn on and off randomly and the volume buttons do not work. Also, if I try to talk on them all I can hear is static and so can the person I'm talking to. Do not waste your money!

I am furious with these ear phones. I made an account just to warn other people from wasting their money. The pair I ordered quit working 2 1/2 months into buying them and Best Buy will do nothing to compensate. Genuinely so frustrated by this company.
