The sound is what I expected and is the same quality as Beats headphones a friend has. I’m so happy that the refurbished purchase worked out fine. The only product feature i do not like is that the headphones can’t be used while being charged.

The sound is fantastic and the compact size makes them easy to carry with me everywhere. I also love the simple yet convenient controls that allow me to control volume, skip songs and activate Siri on my iPhone. I'm giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 because I do not believe that they hold a charge for the full 12 hours as promised, more like 8-10 hours.

Love how nice the vocals sound. Not great with the bass but does a fine job. Microphone is stellar and definitely better than many headphones out there. Ergonomic design fits perfectly for everyone and does not fall out during intense workouts as well

So with the return policy, I decided to try these PowerBeats. Waiting for their arrival during Shelter-in-Place and used for live streaming fitness classes, they worked well. Happy with Best Buy, that I got my Mother's Day printer gift brand new. Thanks!
