Virtually no bass unless I hold the buds in my ears and that’s the same problem with cheap ones you can buy at the gas station.

Worked great for 7 mos, now cutting out.

I really like the sound, not being an audio expert. I did't use them a lot except when Bike Riding 5-6x a month. Now after 20-30 min the audio cuts out for a few seconds every 20-45 seconds, so pretty much unusable. Definitely don't buy unless you can get an extended warranty. 90 days off coverage just isn't sufficient for this refurbished product.

Refurbished, not the way to go.

These were refurbished and the volume also doesn’t go very loud. I would love to return these but because of this quarantine all the Best Buy’s are closed to the public. Only online shopping allowed as I did. Now I’m stuck with defective earbuds! Not cool Best Buy!!!
