My least favorite headphones purchased. It wasn’t what I expected. The charging cord isn’t long enough and these headphones don’t hold enough charge.

I was expecting better sound quality considering it is a Beats product. Very comfortable fit for active people.

I love the item but I know that with Beats they do have base. But my refurbished ones dont have base. But there perfect for me the price was worth it.

I returned this unit within the first week try it out. The sound somehow is not as good as other reviews. I would not recommend to buy this unit as Refurbished

I received the headphones super fast. But they were broken, the volume and the control panel didn’t work .

Maybe average but not impressed by this product. I believe other products serve better at a more favorable price.

Bought these as a gift for myself. So far so good. Only concern is battery life. I work 8 to 10 hours daily and I have to recharge them at least once extra.

What a disappointment. I wish my Powerbeats 2 still worked. The 3 have so much static and battery life sucks. Idk just disappointed.

Not a great product or even a good one. This newly developed set of powerbeats do not provide the same comfort level that the old ones did. They hurt when in ear and around ear. Not only are they a bad product, but they also came without all of the pieces for the headphones. I bought a pair from geek squad and they were missing the rubber stopper that is suppose to be in place before the charger. Not a good look in my opinion.

Having issues. Sound is good but Lots of static during phone calls. Will be returning to store.

Did not last long, uncomfortable around my neck. Ok for a short period of time. Not good for running.

Good headphones for price however they are a pain trying to pair to my phone. They sometimes won’t pair I don’t know what’s wrong

The Bluetooth feature is nice to use pair with any device but there is some wind you will hear if you are running.

Another over priced and low quality product, I don’t recommend even if it is 50% off

Will ne returning because I didn't realize they don't clean them very well when refurbished.

Stopped working less than a month after purchase. I was hoping refurbished was a deal! Obviously not, My Bad and never again!

Bought these because I thought that buying something "Geek Squad Certified" meant something. When these headphones failed, after less than a month, I found out that not only was I not covered by manufacturer's warranty but Geek Squad does not even stand by their "certification". Other retailers would at least offer a 90 day warranty but Geek Squad offers nothing. Wasted my time and money buying refurbished. Saving a couple bucks buying refurbished not worth it.

I have been so pleased with Beats products in the past. This did not meet the expectations I had.

I’ve brought theses refurbished and the box was in Terrible condition and they don’t really sound that loud or with bass.

These are way overpriced!!! The sound is poor. They are big and heavy. The ear pieces are way too big. Bad choice to buy these.
