Refurbished product, but it started malfunctioning 2 months in. Would shut off randomly. The buttons didn't work anymore. Called geek squad but I guess the warranty was out. Called the original manufacturer and they gave me the run around.

Not pleased, I thought them being certified refurbished would be a great deal. I charged them the required time and they would never come on to sync with my phone. I returned them quickly

This product won't even link to my phone. I have tried multiple wireless headphones, all failed so I thought I would splurge and get Beats but they fail just as much. The earpieces also do not fit like they are supposed to.

Purchased this item for myself in November as a backup pair. Never used. Decided to try them out, want even take a charge. Tried multiple chargers but no power. Really starting to lose faith in the product.

Except for the headphones themselves, all pieces were cheap 3rd party i.e. carrying case, charging cable and earbuds. Returned same day for refund. I had purchased these before and received all OEM parts.

Have always been a user of Beats but was thoroughly disappointed as they refurbished 100% guaranteed Beats I got did NOT work at all, and I ended up having to pay extra to buy a new pair.

I ordered on line, but they didn’t connect with my iPhone, tried updating the software and connecting to other iPhone, still not working, I will return them for exchange or re found

I got the refurbished one which is very poor quality headphone. Its like 10$ worth quality. Also its not fitting in my ear like veraion 2 this is bigger one and coming out of my ear.

I bought these headphones for working out and they wouldn’t even turn on less than a month after purchasing them. Needless to say I won’t buy another pair.

came not refurbished not usable but almost as if someone returned the broken and they sent it directly to me like at least put some effort into it

Even though I charge the earphones they cut off during workouts and wont turn back on. What makes it worse is that Best Buy now sends you through Apple to make any repairs on the product

Don’t buy it! It’s stop working after a few months! It’s not charging even if you try a new cable charger. I’m very disappointed and won’t buy from this company again

They are simply because they are geek certified and didn’t even last me a month, I can’t talk on them anymore and battery runs out in less than 8 hours... when they are off!!!!

When on calls the sound tends to start popping if I change bluetooth from to my phone and then back to the powerbeats it works fine for a little while and then starts popping again.

Was good to begin with, but if you workout 6 days a week and sweat a lot wearing them, don't count on them working for long. Totally regret not getting protection for...

After researching, these earbuds are some of the more lower quality ones that can be purchased. Avoid beatz

Purchased these for my daughter in November. Started using in February and already stopped working. Take a charge but want power on anymore. Very disappointed.

I haven’t had these headphones for one month and they’re already NOT WORKING. Waste of money!

I was excited about this product from the reviews I read only to regret buying it because it wouldn't work at all. Had to return product to store.
