I got these for my daughter so she could listen to music on her iPod and when she watches movies on her iPad. She raves about them and constantly wears them. So, I tried them hooked to my Pad for some music and love them. Clear, quality sound, extremely comfortable. I even tried them when I was playing my drums. Great quality even at high sound levels without distortion. Worth the price, only wish she would listen to me now. Great buy !

Beats are by far my favorite headphones to date. I had the solos before, in the teal color, and they broke after about a year of using them for things they are not supposed to be used for (running). I went into the store and they were a great help. I got the hunter green ones and I love them 100X more than my teal ones! I could not be happier with the purchase. Perfect size, sound. and they stay in place. Highly recommended.

I like the design of the Beats; they fit well, fold up small, easy to travel with. However, the sound could be better.

I've dropped these headphones down a flight of stairs, dropped it when hiking and it is a tough durable headphone. I'm reviewing this after over a year and it works just as good as day one. My only gripe is that the Bass is still too loud for my taste at Lowest volume settings. I guess that's what these headphones were built for. It was a great price at a deal of the day and overall I'm pleased with how well built they are as an older model.

They are comfortable on head and ears. The cushion is soft and plush on headset. The only issue is the muffled feeling on the ears. I felt my ears were sweaty and I'm not the sweater. I also have the bose sound true ear set and they weren't sweaty. The difference is they are over the ear. The beats are of course stylish and shiny. The base is beating. Compared to the bose sound true, they are one step below in base, but if your into styling the beats are better looking.

These sturdy, well-made earphones are heavier than the slightly cheaper Bose SoundTrue, so not as good for very long wear or falling asleep in. The ear pads block most ambient noise, however, and the sound is wonderful. I especially like the rich lower range that adds a whole dimension missing from sound through earbuds or laptop speakers. The speakers fold into a zippered carry bag.

My kids already have ear buds, but they asked for these headphones with noise cancelling feature. WOW! It was the quietest ride home from the store AND for our 16 hour road trip. Our daughters loves them. My husband and I got to talk uninterrupted while driving on vacation. It was great. I tell friends I "bought a better vacation". I like that they fold up. Sturdy.

I like bass, these have bass. The bass sounds are not overwhelming, though. The overall sound is very good and balanced. Very comfortable, the ear cushions are very soft. Remember, these are NOT wireless. I would have preferred wireless, but for the price that I paid (80), I couldn't go wrong.

The beats headphones are very comfortable while wearing them. I use them when I exerc and clean up around the house. The sound is awesome. The clarity of the instruments and voice overs from the songs are amazing. The value of the headphones are a little high being that I could purchase studio quality headphones for half the price, but overall Im happy with my purchase.

The name Beats really does describe this Beats headset. Sounds are rich and the base sounds are deep. Looking for the thump then this is the set to buy. I tried several other well known brands at a comparable price and nothing came close to matching the rich tones of the Beats headset. No wonder Apple bought the company. Perfect for iTunes and other sources
