I bought these headphones after I purchased my Bose on-ear headphones (not noise cancelling ones) and they were pretty good. But when I tried these out, they completely blew them out of the water. The bass on them is outstanding and the clarity is unmatched. I also tried the studio version Beats and these were not too far out of reach from in terms of sound. I would definitely recommend these for someone on the go and appreciates their quality of music to complement their travel.

I just bought these headphones for my sons 10th birthday after he asked for them on two separate occasions. I decided to break down and get them with considerable amount of research. Needless to say, he loved them!

These headphones are comfortable and stylish. They have superb sound and they fold up nicely into their storage case.

I love the new color options that appeal to personal characters. The quality exceeds my expectations of a clear, crisp, sound. The volume level is stupendous.

I bought the Dr. Dre' beats when they originally came out for my then 15 yr old and pd $400. These Solo beats 2 are great for a younger child. I purchased these for my 11 yr old and she loves them. Great buy!

These headphones deliver a full, rich experience across the entire audible spectrum. The microphone does an exceptional job of your voice during a phone call. Handy inline controls provide volume control, play/pause capability, and phone answering convenience. And to wrap it up, these headphones fold up to fit into an attractive soft-sided carry case. I have worn these comfortably for hours and they look great too! They are worth every penny if you enjoy listening to music.

They love it and enjoy them. Only issue is that Best Buy no longer has a warranty for Dre beats and you have to ship them thru Apple if they are damage. A little hassle and had to wait a week to get new ones.

my other headphones are Bose noise cancelling and I generally prefer them but wanted something a little smaller. My only complaint is the sometime seem to take over the volume control on my phone after I've been on a call but hey it's minor! Great bass and clarity.

I wanted a headset to replace those lousy "bugs" that Apple supplies with their iPhone. I listen to audiobooks when I'm walking and they kept falling out of my ears! Have looked a long time and knew I wanted the type that sat on my ear so I could hear traffic when walking. When Best Buy put these on sale I jumped on them and I can't say enough good things about them. I do not mind that they are not wireless. They are comfortable, cool looking, and exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely amazing sound. My daughter was overly excited that she got this for Christmas. The price was fair but aftet trying them out for myself, I would have paid more. The sound is unbelievably Awesome!

I have tried other headphones but these Beats blow away all the competition! I will be purchasing more for gifts to special people. Perfect for Valentines Day!

I really like my blue Beats by Dre because they provide awesome sound quality and are comfortable to wear. Also, the headphones are very durable and seem like they will last me for a good while if I manage to take care of them properly. Overall, I would give these headphones a 5 star rating for sound quality. I usually connect them to my iPhone or Desktop computer when I use them and it can even be used for gaming, but more importantly to listen to good quality music.

I have to listen to phone calls for my job so I got these to hopefully drowned out the background noise, job well done. I can hear everything with these headphones and listening to music has never been nicer!

Purchased these to give away at a company event, the sound was so awesome and the winner was so excited to receive them; purchased for my teenage daughters because the sound was just like being in a studio!!!

My 17 yr. old son loves them! He likes them better than his ear buds. The sound quality is great. I got them on sale which is a bonus but I would have bought them anyway. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Pros: quality of material, sound well balanced, comfortable on head and ears. Cons: outside noise not fully filtered, not wireless, lack of base sound.

I must say I was surprised with the quality of the sound and the product. It was everything I wanted when I purchased it and I supervised those expectations. I would definitely recommend this product.

The Beats series of headphones really appeals to the younger market. The strong bass and unique design make it a great gift. The audio quality isn't really the best out there, but if you wanted professional quality audio then you wouldn't be purchasing headphones made by Monster. Overall its a nice gift if you can swing it.

quality sound. not big and bulky. nice weight to them... very comfortable. perfect as a gift or for yourself.

These were a gift for my 12 year old daughter, she absolutely loves them and they seem to be attached to her head at all times. She says the sound is really good compared to what she used to use.
