    Initially brought my Beats Solo 3 in to get maintenance, but was convinced to upgrade to Beats Solo 4 and this set would be covered by apple one. Great customer service, great product !

    Item was a gift so I am unable to comment on the product itself, but the ease of ordering online and picking up at the store was by far the best experience of the holiday season. I'll be sure to shop with Best Buy again with confidence that it will be a stress free experience.
