Christmas gift

Bought them as gift for my son for Christmas. He was happy but said one side stopped working. Took to Best Buy and limited manufacturer warranty, they noted they were not dropped / breakage or water damage so will need to wait 1-2 weeks to await reason of malfunction/ defective and if will be covered or need to pay for fixings. I expected better quality since my son has 2 pairs a $30 pair and this one yet the cheap one is still working. Maybe I got a defective one, so hard to give a precise rating as used for about 2 months. I will know in about 1-2 weeks.

Not the best

They often slip if I’m doing anything outside of simply walking. Also the sound quality could be better both bass & volume are mediocre. I’ll be purchasing another set soon hopefully better quality.

Was told they couldn’t do it because it was outside of their 14 day return window. Wanted me to pay $50 to become a club member, THEN I could return them. Bye Bye Best Buy. Cancelling card, & wont be shopping here ever again.

Big disappointment!

But one side will go out & stop playing it was not just one pair I brought 3 different pairs without warranty, and they all went out. I tried to buy a good brand but beats head phone are not made to get your moneys worth. Plus one pair cracked taking them off.
