This is from my experiance and opinion only. The sound quality is okay at best, that is with a lot of equalization, even through the 3.5mm audio input (outside equalization program). The fit is terrible for individuals with medium to larger sized heads (purely subjective), build quality is okay. Returned not worth it, at least not for me.

I got my beats less than 5 days ago and the right side already stopped working when I’m using it with Bluetooth. If I plug it to the headphone jack they both work. I tried resetting it, different phones, nothing work. I’m so disappointed, I looked online and apparently this is a common issue.

UPS delivered to wrong address, not signed by me. Best Buy does not allow UPS to accept claim and Best Buy knows I did not receive the product and after saying they would replace change their mid and did not replace. UPS tracking shows not delivered to my office, and my office was closed at the delivery time.

Bought the open box excellent condition option. Headphones look good but will not charge. Has been plugged in for hours and shows a red light. Wish bestbuy would have checked to see if they charge before shipping them. Left with a disappointed daughter and the hassle of trying to return.

Headphones has its own carrying case with cords. Good headphones but are really small. Made for children and not adults in my opinion. They don’t stay on my head when working out so I can’t wear them as often as I would like.

I brought this ps5 controller and beats solo 4 and the lady picked it up so she can deliver it and now i wake to a message saying it was unable to deliver last i check she was down the street now she taking it back to best buy like HUH? I spent too much money of my hard earn money to be play games with yall now i havw to wait 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR A REFUND! Im not playing wit yall yall playing with my money and time

Horrible, sales rep if they do not work item can be within 60 days, try to return within a little over a week . Not to mention I pay for the yearly warranty.
