    Fantastic headphones for the money

Bought these a few month ago and I must say I'm extremely impressed and find them a great value especially for those who have Apple Music since they come with 3 free months. Also the open box makes the value unbeatable imo. These headphones are for people who want a great (not best) quality sound, fantastic fit and finish, best looks in class with lots of comfort. Who these aren't ideal for: those who want extremely crisp and neutral sounds. But those people should be buying over ear open backs anyways for A lot more. Sound: surprisingly good better than I expected coming from more neutral headphones like jaybird x2s and klipsh I wasn the sure how I'd feel about the extra lows. I got used to them pretty quick but the iphones built in EQ easily makes up for any adjustments I need when listening to say ed Sheran ect. I find non hip hop listeners are impressed with sound quality when the EQ is set to flat or other lower base options. So when choosing the appropriate setting the sound will always be fantastic. Comfort: 4/5. Honestly on ear are a bit uncomfortable. Pads are soft and very high quality but the pressure on my ears isn't my favorite for 2 hour sessions but easily manageable. If I was gonna regularly have headphones on that long I'd buy over ear if style wasn't a big deal. Looks : 5/5 best looking period 5 min of charging when it's dead is 3 hours playback which is great. Signal is very strong and never a problem. Honestly I think these headphones deserve perfect scores. They are perfect for people who want stylish, non combursome, great funcuationality with very good all around sound especially with bass heavy genres. Remember the bass can easily be turned down in your iPhone music settings which I do if I'm listening to indie ect.

These headphones have plenty of bass and volume. They are not for the true audiophile, but if you like rich bass then these may be for you. I use these for both music and audio books. They sound great for both. The stated 40 hours of battery life is awesome. I haven't had the chance to fully test the accuracy of the 40 hours, but I have been using the Solo3's for about a week and have only charged them once when I first got them. The Bluetooth connection is strong as I am able to move further away from my phone without losing connection than I can with any other pair of Bluetooth headphones that I own. The headphones look nice and are comfortable to wear.

Got these for half price if all Beats were always half price then Beats would be the go to brand. For about $150 these have great sound, great bass, a little muddy in terms of clarity. Battery life is amazing and BT works well, and physical touch controls are great. Good enough sound, small, lite weight, foldable, that is why I got theses.

This is the first and only set of Beats cans with good sound (all prior Beats cans are far too overdriven, IMO), but also the first set of wireless cans with PHENOMENAL battery life and zero connectivity issues. 40 hour battery life is no exaggeration, and the amount of distance you can go from your source is incredible with no chop or stutter. As on-ear headphones go, these are also very comfortable cans, albeit with the usual caveats of more sound leakage versus quality over-ear cans. Again, the Beats sound is not for everyone, but is particularly well-tuned to modern music, hip hop, electronica, and most things produced in the 90's or later. It's not audiophile best quality sound, but it is very good sound, witj great midrange, only slightly overdriven lows, and only slightly muted highs (classical music listeners will probably not be pleased, but most other listening is great). The headphones also fit snug and comfortably during active workouts without being jostled around or coming off your head, which is a big plus. Overall, these are great cans for around $200ish, but don't pay $299 MSRP, because they're commonly found cheaper and they aren't quite $299 caliber sound.

The reason for my purchase for these was cause I wanted something for the gym. With these being wireless made my gym time a lot easier. The battery life is amazing on these. The sound is great and you can add more bass through your phone or you can also turn it down. I was told they can break easy but since I’m not an animal with my belongings they have not broke or cracked or anything. By far my favorite head phones.

This was a birthday gift for my 13 yr old niece. She loves them. They are very loud and they key extra noise out. She uses them with her school laptop, her ohine, her tablet, her television, pretty much everything that has Bluetooth. There are no wires and they fit snug around her ears which is great and the best part they are foldable with a nice case to place in her backpack and purse

I purchased the Jaybirds X3 first and after the 1st pair being defective and exchanging them for a 2nd pair I ultimately ended up returning them because I was dissatisfied with them. I bought these pair in the silver color. They were pre-owned. I absolutely love them. I charged them once so far and its been about 2 months. I've only used them slightly but I am impressed by the battery life. They are comfortable and high quality. I must admit that they are higher on the price and I wouldn't have purchased them outright for $300. I ended up getting credit for returning the Jaybirds and only paid the difference in price which was about $100 due to them being pre-owned. Because of this they are named already and I haven't found how to change this, that my only downside to it but other than that they are awesome!

Solo3 Best of the Breed for Music Lovers

I had used Boss various models, and found they all lacked that crispy bass Solo3 had. With the 40 hrs battery time, I rarely had to worry about to recharge it. I wore it on the train to work, or at home working on my PC, the reception of of the phone to my iPhone is much better than my sports Blue Tooth earphone. I loved all sorts of music, and it played back so well on classical, pop, new age, rock and drums and piano all alike. Having looking at many other options, I found this is the best one I have ever had for over 20 years. I have a big head, and it fits me well. The construction is flawless. Best of the all, the music is so real, crispy, rich on bass, and adaptive to all sorts of music styles.

These are my first pair of wireless/ bluetooth headphones and I am super impressed. I was worried the sound quality would not be that good, but it's amazing. They are super comfortable on my ears and I can wear them for hours if needed. Additionally, the battery life is phenomenal. Super impressed.

had these headphones for a month now, and they actually are really great headphones. are they $300 great? eh not so much. sound is very crisp and clear; bass is good but not as powerful as I thought they would be, but I love bass so I had high expectations. ambient noise is minimal when these are on. sound can get pretty loud when on wireless and connectivity is awesome. after the first pairing, once headphones are on and Bluetooth enabled, headphones are connected within seconds. battery life is really nice. I have only had to charge them once in a month and I use them 4-5 times a week. sweat isn't much of an issue as I thought it would be. the cups to get sweat on them but I make sure to clean them after every workout. even when sweat is present, these do not fall off my head when doing bent over or lying exercises. they do well for runners as well. I've worn them sprinting and they never moved. overall, I would recommend these but try to find them on a deal somehow, I wouldn't pay full retail for them.

I was looking for a pair of headphones that I could use in my home because I’m not a fan not being able to hear what’s going on around me when walking in the street but with the Black Friday pricing these were perfect. They are comfortable but may feel heavy if you are used to wearing earbuds. The cushions are nice and soft and the head band feels of a good quality.(not indestructible but not cheap either).Sound is good but I wish there was more bass.I found videos on YouTube to change the equalizer settings which added some bass but dropped the volume of the vocals.I would have to turn the volume up past 50% to hear the quality I was expecting at a lower volume. The battery life is great ! I can use them for hours without charging it and when you need to charge they charge pretty fast.$299.99 is too expensive for these $209.99 made it worth it.Bluetooth seems great I can walk throughout my whole apartment without them cutting in and out.I wish the case was a little harder But that’s just me being picky. You have to take your time putting them in because the headphones just clear then case .Thats all I got for now hopefully they last a long time(fingers crossed).

The look and feel of these are killer! From opening the box the fit and sound, I was impressed. Battery life is solid and I like on the ear so I don’t get that ear sweat from over the ear. I own 2 other beats wired and these are my fav by far.

I have had a pair of wired Beats Solo 2's for around 4 years and I really like them. I am not an audiophile however I am picky about sound. The music I listen to is mostly electronic, industrial, rock and metal so I like to have clarity throughout the range, but also enjoy having deep bass without it getting muddy. When it became time to upgrade to wireless headphones I decided to give the Solo 3's a try especially since they have the new Apple W1 chip in them which makes pairing to all of my Apple devices a breeze. They also work well with my MS Surface Pro 3. Previous to getting these I have experimented with using bluetooth adapters to enable my older Solo 2's to connect wirelessly, however even with my nicest BT 4.0 adapters I still got a lot of high pitched hiss. I am extremely pleased to say that the Solo 3's do not have any hiss. The battery life is phenomenal. I use them every day in the office. Typically they're playing music for around 3 - 4 hours a day and just normal computer audio otherwise so they're typically on for around 9 hours at a time. I tend to charge them once a week. The audio quality and overall physical construction quality of the Solo 3's are also definitely improved over the already great Solo 2 HDs. If you like the sound of Beats headphones you will be extremely pleased with a purchase of these.
