Bass is great sound is good too. Have always owned a pair of beats headphones.. this one was for my son and he has loved them so far no problems or complaints for a year . Little wear/tear happening with the cushions but I’ve got geek squad so it’s an easy fix and it just started after the year he’s owned it and worth the price

Audio quality is very good for my needs. No, or very low, distortion, plenty of volume, background noise nearly undetectable in wireless mode (haven't tried with cable). The battery life is really good. I believe that 40-hr rating, but haven't used them that much yet; still at 83% after a couple weeks. That includes a few days where I forgot to turn them off, but there was no input. Pairing is the best I've experienced between audio accessories and my Apple devices. It's almost as though they can read my mind with I have several devices nearby. They are, as advertised, "On the Ear". As such they have a tendency not to stay put as well as "Over the Ear" models would. Yes, if you bend over to tie your shoes, they will fall off or at least slide out of place. Also a little less comfortable than my past experience with over the ear types. I bought them at half-off list, in what I believe will turn out to have been a closeout deal. The model has been on the market for several years and it's time for an update. The only thing missing in this model is FindMy compatibility. I'll bet the replacement model will have that. Very happy with the purchase.

These are light weight and have great sound. I only wish I'd gotten the noise cancelling version. They are for my daughter. She's very happy with them.

This is a decent enough headset, I used it daily for long stretches for almost two years, and it's been just fine. About a year or so in, however, it developed a weird habit of just. Ceasing to process sound without being disconnected and needing to be rebooted, regardless of how much battery power it still had. This has grown increasingly frequent over time. Great for sitting at your desk, okay for wandering around your house doing chores, although the signal will struggle a bit with the latter. The most annoying thing about it though, is an abysmally short period of downtime before it starts powering down. It goes to sleep in a matter of seconds, if that, if sound stops being played- for example, let's say I'm watching a TV series, or youtube. The time taken for the episode or video to end, and for the autoplayer to load up and start playing a new episode, or for me to switch to a new tab, is usually enough to cause the headphones to go to sleep, and then spend the next 10-20 seconds waking back up, re-connecting, and processing sound again. I actually got into the habit of playing white noise loops on a low volume constantly so there was never any 'dead air', just so I didn't have to restart videos or miss the opening. Like I said, it's fine, the sound is good, and its issues are fairly minor so your tolerance for mildly inconvenient nonsense will determine just how good it is.

This product holds a long charge. Very comfortable to use.
