Here it is September and they do not work. They actually stop working two months ago. The noise cancellation…No help from the gene bar and Apple just wants me to purchase more.

I am stuck with these after trying many earbuds. These hurt and aren’t comfortable even when switching the ear piece. They consistently drop and don’t connect to my iPhone. I wouldn’t recommend.

How can I leave a review for my Beats which I purchased on Cyber Monday and according to Fedex Tracking has been loaded on the Fedex Truck and out for delivery since 12/4/24 and no delvery has been done. Ive contacted both Best Buy and Fedex to
to ask wheres my shipment. Fedex doesnt know where it is and told to wait, called Best Buy 4 days ago and asked them to resend the purchase, guess what no updates from Best Buy.

They are loud. That's about it. Noise cancellation is absolutely horrible. You can hear everything around you including low conversions. They are very easy to drop. The design makes them hard to put back and take out of the charging case. I will say they did a good job with the button being so big on them.

Overall they suck. I had to get it service at Apple Store. Ofcourse you know you need to drop it off. Go thru the warranty stuff. They try everything to get to say it’s user stuff. The sound is horrible.

Since day one these seem to disconnect from calls and for whatever reason I hear static more times than not! Returning and sticking with my Soundcore Linerty 4 Buds. Almost 2 years now and no problems

Sorry ahead of time to Beats lovers, but the quality here is just terrible. First, the size of the bud makes them way too uncomfortable to wear for longer than 15 minutes at a time. Next, regardless of the app (or even device for that matter) the sound is reminiscent of listening to a seashell, which is cute for mermaids but not technological sound quality. Last, when toggling between the three sound settings (ambient, NC and off) there is literally no difference except that each one is worse than the last. When turning up the volume to try to hear the fullness of the acoustics of any song, the only thing you get is sharper vocals. The 2000’s nostalgia of transparent technology is not worth the price point, nor the headache of trying to bother finding where these earbuds shine.

Tested the ANC by putting head next to stove fan, tapping fingers and running sink water. When in ears, with volume up there is no difference. Not worth the $$ Even when volume is down, barely a difference, also the ear tips are also funky to find correct size. Will be returning.
