Happy with my purchase they work great and stay in your ear

Love the beats headphones with the best sound qualitiy.

Sound quality wasn’t great and the buds wouldn’t stay in my ears. Altho, the BIGGEST issue is that when I purchased them (on January 2), I was not told there was only a two week window to return the item. When I brought them back (on day 16 because I was unable to get to the store before then) I was informed that not only could I not get my money back, I couldn’t even get a store credit because I wasn’t a “Best Buy Member”. Last time I’ll ever visit this chain. I’ll go anywhere else. Ridiculous. It’s only a matter of time before you end uo the same way Curcuit City did

These beats are really beautiful looking product it’s just very easy to lose.

Good product to use in pound environment i use them at work and they make my life easier

I expected a lot from these - look comfortable and impressive spec. But… the noice cancelling is not good enough, the sound quality is sub-par (not anywhere near AirPods, classic or pro, and even lower sound quality than a 50$ anker ones). Also, whenever more than one source playing on my iPhone (say a game and an ad the same time) the sounds breaks and has many disruptions. Highly disappointed . I regret I missed the return window :(

These are really good earbuds that fit comfortably in your ears. Very user friendly.

Good quality , easy to use . Best noise canceling in my opinion

First, its true the sound of Beats are very good and I'm a devout BOSE person. Plus they claim waterproof, yes they are I washed them and they still sounded great. Why I gave a 3-star is the fit was terrible. I used all the rubbers given but they just kept falling out of my ear. So bad the fit is, the left fell out while I was working in the attic. So, when it fell out of my ear I put them in my pocket and kept working. When I checked my tools after working I realized they fell out of my pocket and are forever in that persons attic.

They are some good quality earbuds for the price and compete nice with other brands
