I’ve been genuinely impressed with the Beats Studio Buds+ from the moment I started using them. The sound quality is rich and well-balanced, with punchy bass that doesn’t overpower the mids and highs. Noise cancelling works surprisingly well for true wireless earbuds at this size, making it easy to focus whether I’m commuting, working, or at the gym. Transparency mode is just as solid and feels natural when I need to stay aware of my surroundings.
The fit is comfortable and secure, even during longer listening sessions, and the battery life easily gets me through the day with room to spare. Pairing was quick and seamless, and I love how well they integrate with my devices. On top of that, the sleek design and compact case make them easy to carry everywhere. Overall, the Beats Studio Buds+ deliver excellent performance, convenience, and style—definitely a great choice for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality wireless earbuds.

I've been using these for a while now. I was looking for a nice pair of daily drivers, something I could take anywhere with me. They didn't need the absolute best ANC, I have a pair of over-ear headphones for that, and they didn't need epic audio quality for critical listening (I have a pair of IEMs for that).
I wanted something inexpensive, pocketable, fashionable, but still having features like solid Bluetooth connectivity, some level of ANC, and good audio quality. Bonus points for natively working with Apple Music's Spatial/Atmos audio.
I decided to jump on these given their price and aesthetics. First and foremost, the frosted clear design does bring me back to my teenage years in the 90's. The smooth plastic feels nice, the plastic case doesn't creak, the earbuds have some heft, and the magnetic for both the lid and earbuds are strong. The whole case is smaller than the case for my Bose QC Earbuds II.
Each earbud has one physical button. You can set them up to cycle between ANC and transparency (or ANC, transparency, and everything off), triggering your phone's assistant (not needed if you have an iPhone), or adjust volume. They also have standard controls of play/pause, skip/previous, and fast forward/rewind.
I like having tactile buttons instead of touch controls. With my Bose earbuds, I would always play/pause content and hear a loud thud in my ears. It was so bad the ANC and sound would become imbalanced for 20-40 seconds after playing and pausing music. I do miss having all controls on my earbuds, but I can use my Apple Watch to adjust media volume.
Sound quality is surprisingly solid. Apple is continuing to push away from the old Beats sound signature of being muddy, heavy bass. These still have some thump, but it's more balanced with the highs and mids. It's still a curve close to the Harmon target with some recessed mids. But not nearly as bad as Beats used to be. I quite enjoy it for stereo and Atmos/Spatial content.
I used to hate Atmos/Spatial audio in Apple Music. I tried it with these and liked the surround mixes better than their stereo counterparts, for the most part. There are still some terribly mixed Atmos tracks, and these earbuds don't help with that. However, most Atmos tracks sound good. There isn't any head tracking with the Studio Buds+. I'm fine with that and would disable it. I hate having to look straight ahead to have a balanced audio experience.
Every genre I have listened to, which is fairly narrow, sounds great. Metal (death, nu/alternative, hardcore) and K-pop/pop songs come across clear without distortion. The volume of the Buds+ are a little low. I need to turn my iPhone 14 Pro Max up about 75% of the way. I also have Soundcheck enabled to help with the lower volume of Atmos tracks. Still, not bad.
ANC is there, not as strong as the AirPods Pro 2 or Bose QC Earbuds II. It's serviceable and I think on-par with the AirPods Pro and Beats Fit Pro. Gone are the days of needing to spend $200+ to get solid ANC. The Buds+ do better with lower, constant sounds. They have some passive noise isolation. However, they are also vented so your ears won't sweat or have that plugged feeling. This does let some higher pitched outside noise in, but is a more comfortable experience.
Battery life is just ok. Apple rates them at 5 hours of listening with ANC/transparency enabled and 8 hours with ANC/transparency off. It's not the best, not the worst. There's plenty of recharges left in the case, you'll get 24 hours of total listening time with the case giving 3 additional charges.
The case charges only through USB-C, no Qi charging. It's a bit of a bummer but, given their price, it's fine. Still better than Lightning like on the PowerBeats Pro or microUSB like the Studio 3.
These features a Beats chip, which I have a feeling is a modified Apple chip. You will get Hey Siri support along with automatic switching between Apple devices, just like AirPods. You won't get precision location services like the AirPods Pro 2. Simply open the case next to your iPhone and they will automatically pop up. The same thing happens with Android phones from the last 2-3 years. You won't get switching between Android devices or Hey Google support. There is a companion app for Android phones that lets you adjust some settings, still no EQ.
The Beats chip is a Class 1 Bluetooth device and provides rock solid connection to other Bluetooth 5.x devices. I don't experience skipping with my iPhone 14 Pro Max or 2022 iPad Pro, same with my work Windows system. My Bose QC Earbuds II would constantly skip.
Microphone quality is good, better than Bose but not as good as the AirPods Pro 2. Again, those start at a much higher price (even when on sale). I'm not expecting them to fully match earbuds that are $200 on sale.
Overall, I am pleased with these earbuds. They aren't the absolute best at anything, but they are solid across the board. Comfort, build quality, sound quality, and ANC are all solid. I was having issues with my QC Earbuds II and these are replacing them. I would rather have 98% of Bose's ANC without all the Bluetooth skips, weird sound imbalance issues, random disconnects, and all the other various quirks I experienced with them.
I highly recommend these if you want earbuds with some smarts, solid sound quality, good ANC, and nice build quality without breaking the bank. Get the frosted plastic if you want a trip back to the 90's.

Pros: lightweight, good sound, comfortable
Cons: expected them to be louder, the color (or lack thereof) makes them very difficult to find if you drop one because I blend in with everything, short battery life
To be honest, my expectations were a lot higher for these headphones. Considering the brand, I figured that they would be able to at least compete with my JB l, but in all honesty, I would save my money and buy different brand. Next time, they did not rock my world, they did not impress me. Don't get me wrong, they are alright, they sound better than my 5 dollar ones, but they can not compete with my jbl. I bought this as an open box special because the charger to my other headphones was lost. I didn't pay full price, or else I would have been disappointed. I also had to paint mine a bright color, because every time I drop one, they disappear because they are clear, but that is the only one that they had as the open box special. So I'm not complaining per SE I'm just advising don't get the clear ones!

Love how versatile these earbuds are. I use them with my office Dell laptop for work for multiple hours. It took some getting used to for a day or two, but after a month I have no complaints. The fast charging case is clutch for when I leave work to hit an outdoor run or gym session. No issues with battery life for how I use them on the daily. Just the right size to travel with for calls or music while on the go. Love the noise canceling mode and the transparency mode. Sound quality is one of the best in my opinion.

These earbuds are the best! Especially when equipped with foam tips for the best noise canceling. Use them while cutting grass and don’t even need to were those bulky over the ear muffs by 3M for extra protection. And that’s playing them at 1/2 volume riding a LOUD lawnmower. I traded in a pair of Sony WXM’s, supposedly the best in ear earbuds you can buy, and they did sound good, but for less than half the price these sounded even better.
The bass is deep and the mids and highs are crisp! Battery lasts forever seems like (compared to the Sonys which after 1 yr 6 mos use exactly, lasted maybe 2 hrs after a full charge). Not to mention they’re the most comfortable I’ve worn yet. And I’ve had a lot of in ear buds to compare.
I would most definitely recommend these to friends and family. So far they’ve succeeded in meeting and exceeding my expectations. Hopefully they’ll last longer than the sonys’ did. If they do, I’ll remain a Beats fan for a very long time!

I've really enjoyed using the Beats Solo Buds. The sound is clear with nice bass, and they fit comfortably even during long sessions or workouts. Setup was quick, battery life is solid, and the case is super portable. Overall, they’ve been a great addition to my daily routine. Highly recommend if you're after quality and convenience.

Honestly great product , with a good battery life , music quality is great the only down fall is the microphone, people can’t hear me when I am on the phone talking , i do like that i can control them from the phone & buds directly , discreet design as well , & different size ear plugs which is a tremendous help

I have been using these for over a year now. I like the sound from my music and they fit snug in my ears. If you drop the case they fly out and you have to find the individual buds. The case is small enough and I like the rounded edges

I’ve been somewhat happy with these earbuds but they could be much better. I use these about 10 hours each week. The battery life has been great for my needs. They pair easily with my iPhone and the sound is good when they’re working right but occasionally I get a really loud static or interference noise from the left ear bud which is quite startling and hurts my eardrum if that makes sense. Also lately if I have my phone in my pocket while I’m walking, the connection cuts in and out. They’re decent but not even a year old and having what feels like some major issues for the price I paid. I would expect that from some cheapies, not these. Also for what it’s worth, even the smallest silicone earpiece is uncomfortable, would be nice if a smaller one was available.

I'm very happy with my Beats Studio +. They make music sound amazing...I didn't know what I was missing when listening just on my phone. Perfect for phone calls. The noise cancelling aspect is super cool and you can toggle from transparent to full cancellation. I often use my Beats with soundscapes like rain to help sleep and block out noise from neighbors or the kids at the playground *(including basketball) near my condo. They really help negate most noises that wake me up. They cancel and blocks veryloud snoring, but not completely, but I'm a light sleeper. They feel comfortable and secure. Cool case with dim light when opening in the dark.

I lost the original earbuds on a recent trip and decided I couldn't live without a replacement of the exact same earbuds. These were available as an open-box item, so I saved a bit over new/sealed box. The condition as like-new other than all the silicone eartips were missing from the box. These earbuds are exceptional at noise cancelation (especially with Comply-brand foam eartips) and the sound is very good as well (almost as good as my much more expensive Sony earbuds). Battery life is also very good; lasts all day every time I use them, even with noise cancelation turned on. I highly recommend these earbuds and -- take it from me -- you won't be unconsolable if you happen to lose them like I did and need to repurchase another pair! This time, I purchased a case-cover with a loop attachment so they can't drop out of my bag!

Beats has delivered an upgrade, a product that is evolving and for the better! The inspiration drawn from transparent tech of the past, as well as the most recent Nothing Ear (1), Ear (2), and Stick earbuds was a good design choice. The sound is indeed better, refined with less bloat and audible instrument separation. They give the Beats Fit Pro a run for the money, though the Fit Pro’s enjoy the Apple H1 with noticeable advantages. The ANC is also stronger and safe to say no pressure has been felt. The lack of wireless charging may be a turn off for some, not to me. The lack of auto-pause / ear detection may be another reason why some may stay away, but not a deal breaker. In short, you get improved battery life, stronger and noticeable ANC, more pleasant and enjoyable sound thanks to some fine tuning, These are going to stay in the collection, and it makes me wonder what Beats/Apple has in store for the Beats Fit Pro (2) if they ever make any. Price! $169 worthy? perhaps, but I’d be happier dishing out $10 less or even the original price of the OG studio buds at $149. Choice is yours, but Beats is listening and making improvements along the way.

Had these for about a week and a half after my jaybird x4 finally died. Decided to go fully “wireless” and so far they’re pretty good. Noise canceling work great and as intended. I prefer the transparency mode at the gym which allows some noise vs complete music isolation while using the noise canceling mode. The additional ear tips are good so you can figure out which size is right for you. Battery plus the carrying case give hours of music before having to charge. Overall the pretty good for the money.

Great noise canceling. I can’t hear the overhead gym music or even my husband when it’s on. They also stay in very well. I run in these and can’t hear the ground or the wind. Also very crisp sound. I ran the Ragnar in these (Relay of 200 miles for 2 days) and they’re at 100% charge and the case is at 75%.

I own the Beats Fit Pro, Airpods Pro 2, PowerBeats Pro, Sony linkbuds S, Sennheiser Momentum 3 and alot more and these new Studio Buds are the maot comfy earbuds i think ive ever had. The sound good, the look great and are a HUGE upgrade from their predecessor. The Beats Fit Pro are still my favorite followed by the Airpods Pro 2 and now these are #3 and they just came out lol.

Short Review: For 165 its good, If you can find them for cheaper theyre spectacular buys.
Longer Review:
Audio: Clear audio, good tunning that doesnt over boost the highs while staying clear. Bass is good depending on the seal of the earbuds in your ear. Mines is good so bassy songs are nice to listen to. Mids are great, though on some songs they sound lower due to too many instruments playing.
Battery Life: Insanely good. Boasting 6 hours, but in my usage case i get 7-9 hrs of battery life with constant play.
Calls: Great calling
