Ever since my first purchase for some reason they cut out. I thought it would automatically correct itself but it has been a problem since I left the store.

In less than a year I needed to do a warranty claim and they wanted to charge my card the price of the replacement in case I don’t send them original ones in

Listening to music theses are great, but on calls people could not clearly hear my voice.

Always lose wifi connection and had to download almost every time I used them took them back and bought a different pair

Sound quality ok but noise cancellation is terrible. When on a phone call in a busy environment the person on the other end struggles to hear you. It has no app to adjust settings etc.

Cant adust volune with just one on. I mount my phone while driving and im only allowed to adjust the vume with the mounted phone. Horrible utility

Not worth the hype, im a fan of the over ear phones, but for the price point there is plenty of lower price earbuds that offer better sound quality.

I bought these headphones for work and it really didn't seem like it could cancel the conversation around me even though I had on noise cancel mode on

I purchased these of course for the name alone thinking they would be great. They simply weren't loud enough, ended up taking them back to the store

Do NOT waste your money, i’ve only had these for 3 months, audio is not the best, noise cancellation sucks & audio starts to glitch horribly & makes it difficult to even listen to anything

The trash cant hear out of them. They echo when talking on the phone have to use my phone half the time. Cant nobody hear me

Please stopped working properly within a couple months

If you are buying for sound do not get. It does have a long battery life.

Very nice design and fit - it comes with different silicone tips for better adjustment. Cancelling ou suround noise is excellent and so is the sound and baterry life. Definetely recommend!

Ended up returning not as good as they used to be.

These are awful earphones. Lasted 4 weeks before the sound became washed out and overall volume became lower. These are Walgreens quality earphone with a $169 price tag.. I bought these with the hope Beats by Dre had gotten better… (haven’t been great quality since 2010-ish imo). Beats by Dre are trash if you’re thinking of getting good quality or a decent amount of money. I knew Apple was going to ruin these..

Person on the other side of the call not able yo hear me when I speak. They’re saying it’s low and they can’t make out what I’m saying.

Not the greatest earbuds for the price. However, if you are familiar or used to beats/apple products, i would recommend these.

I HATE that I purchased them. The microphone is horrible, I can be in the middle of a call and the sound just goes out to where I can hear the other caller but they can’t hear me. If I’m listening to music they will disconnect from my phone. I wish I could return them but I am past the return date. I don’t know what to do with them because they are truly garbage….I wasted my money

I bought these because I lost my AirPods. Luckily o have since found my AirPods and I can get rid of these. The sound quality is only subpar. Every phone call I have attempted to have with these in was a fail. The person on the other line can never hear what I’m saying. They’re hard to get out of the case (for the record I do have medium length nails). For the price I paid these are definitely not worth it. They look cute but that’s about it. Will be returning.
