They can't stay in my ears. Have to push them back in every minute or so. Things as simple as turning my head or talking have caused them to fall out. I've tried all sizes, same result. Very lucky to have not lost one. Returning soon.

These earbuds I just purchased are the least comfortable earbuds I’ve ever had due to the design. I couldn’t get them stay in my ears, my ears are sore from trying to jam it in there. Here I was upgrading from JVC. Don’t waste your money.

Phone calls kept dropping and quality was terrible when using to make phone calls.

I heard everything when I was on the phone instead of the people talking

I bought these to replace my airpods thinking they’d be a better buy but unfortunately talking through them is pointless because the other person won’t hear you at all!!! Part of the reason I bought them to talk hands free so basically a waste of money

When in call it sounds muffle,would not recommend.

For the price, these were underwhelming. The sound was ok but not better tha. Samsung Buds2. The Beats design makes for a movie character right out of Shrek as they stick out so much. I returned them and went with the Samsung Buds2.

I am stuck with these after trying many earbuds. These hurt and aren’t comfortable even when switching the ear piece. They consistently drop and don’t connect to my iPhone. I wouldn’t recommend.

Not good quality or sound. It’s like why does it seems like these electronics aren’t good as they say.

Sound works great, microphone doesn’t work. Cuts out 2 minutes into a phone call. Contacted Apple support for repairs, issue not resolved and not returnable. Not pleased.

Bought them and use them for few months and the right side malfunction, send it in to apple they did not do anything and it was still under warranty, not buying beats ever

No one could hear what I was saying. zThe earbuds would cut in and out It was impossible to have conversation.Listening to music was ok.

Was not worth the money no one can hear you no matter which way you turn it or put it in your ear. Beats did not do a good job on these.

Every time I tried to use these, people complained of not being able to hear me. These just didn’t work well for me.

People can hardly hear me when I’m talking on the phone

These earbuds aren’t great at all when I’m on the phone sometimes the person I’m talking too can’t here me. I thought beats was good earbuds but I’m severely disappointed.

Not even a month and it stopped working- not sure if I can return since I threw the box away

Not worth it they dont even work right..and the battery dont last and they go out when there is still battery supposedly...
