Works fine with no issues. Sound quality is great with no static. Bluetooth connects right away. Good for music but not for movies

these work AMAZING!
i love them and i love how small they are! i can sneak them in my job ;) the sound quality is amazing needs a little more work on the noise cancellation & transparency mode

I had high hopes for these earbuds especially because a Best Buy employee recommended them. The employee had recently bought a pair for himself and loved them. We were looking for an earbud that would cancel out background noise while on the phone. I can say that these are great for cancelling out background noise but when you're speaking the call quality is horrible!! It's to the point where you hear every other word or it sounds like you're underwater or like you're talking through a pillow!! We have played around with the settings in the app with no luck. If anyone has any suggestions I would like to hear them because we are at our wits end with these ear buds. We bought 2 of the same models in the transparent and black.

I have to admit out of all the phone buds ive had this is amazing . These buds lasted for 3 weeks no charge. While they are amazing the only fault i see is you need your phone to be close . The buds will cut off for a few seconds . And its kinda annoying cause with other buds i can leave my phone in the bathroom charging and walk around the house cleaning .

I really wanted these to permanently replace my AirPods, but they fell short. No matter which ear bud I used, they would constantly fall out! There was a faint crackling noise during certain songs, but volume was half way up. I went back to my AirPods within a couple months.

Mic stopped working less than a month. Dropped it off to Best Buy for repair or replacement which they said would be completed in 4-7 days. That was on October 22nd. As of today, November 15th Best Buy refuses to honor Total Tech Member warranty and provide a replacement. They’ve gone well outside of the estimated time frame and are throwing their hands up completely saying “well we had to send it to apple to repair and there’s nothing more we can do to help you. You’re just going to have to keep waiting despite the fact that you are a Total Member and have Apple Plus Care” both of which mind you claim to offer speedy repairs or replacement if the item can’t be fixed.
Best Buy has become itching more than a glorified middleman taking your money to do what you could have done which is go to the manufacturer directly. These headphones are garbage and obviously not fixable. They’re neither worth the money or the extended protection you think you’re getting when you pay extra for Apple Care + and are a TotalTech member which they’ve now severely down graded and called “My Best Buy Total” …… waste of time and money!
Just purchase from Amazon if you feel like gambling with these glorified ear plugs. They’d have taken the return and Id have gotten 5% cash back for the original purchase and saved the $179 a year I pay to receive the equivalent of no service at all from Best Buy. Now I have to contact Federal Trade Commission, log a complaint with the BBB and file for breach of contract warranty bc the quality of the earbuds and service from Best Buy is horrendous. Maybe I got a dud …..but with service like this it’s just not worth the gamble!

The sound is not as loud as my samsung earbuds, so i would give them a 4 for that. But, i love the fit in my ears and a better price than the samsungs. So i give them a 5. Worth the money!!

These are by far the best earbuds I have ever had!! I was struggling to find an earbud that would get rid of background noise during a call and these are perfect. In loud spaces, with the radio playing, cooking and clanging pots the caller on the other end can't hear a thing!! Other earbuds I had people could hear everything happening around me. I love these! Thanks to the guy working at Best Buy that suggested them to us! So if you're looking for an earbud to cancel out the background noise during a call, these are it!
