Beats are amazing quality and comfortable low profile headphones that sound amazing and have all the bells and whistles you need for daily headphones. Long battery life and streamline looks round out these 5star worthy earbuds.

I love my earbuds how they fit into my ears and the extra ones that was given. The wireless noise cancelling is prefect.

as you are on a call the headphone drops and goes back to the phone. low volume, not true noise cancellation. tried to reset it several times and still disconnect… being returned

Love these earbuds! Noise cancelking no connection issue with my iPhone, in matter of fact, work better than the AirPods.

Upgrading from AirPod Pro (1st Generation). These beats earphones stay in my ears when I run and also sound great. Excellent battery life too. The transparent design is honestly so fun to look at and l'lI never get bored of using them. I'm not an audiophile but I think the sound is crisp with good bass. I had wired beats earbuds from 2012 and those sounded muffled and kept falling out, but these buds totally changed my perception of the brand. Comfortable and solid pair.

Sound quality wasn’t great and the buds wouldn’t stay in my ears. Altho, the BIGGEST issue is that when I purchased them (on January 2), I was not told there was only a two week window to return the item. When I brought them back (on day 16 because I was unable to get to the store before then) I was informed that not only could I not get my money back, I couldn’t even get a store credit because I wasn’t a “Best Buy Member”. Last time I’ll ever visit this chain. I’ll go anywhere else. Ridiculous. It’s only a matter of time before you end uo the same way Curcuit City did
