Unfortunately it broke. I was skeptical about this design but I am starting to trust myself, though my catches have gotten better!

I have had this pair less than 6 months. The right bud practically has no volume even when turned all the way up. The left bud has static that at times sounds like a helicopter. Best Buy refused to exchange them although I have 24 months of Apple Care as well as the Best Buy Total Membership. I am not at all happy with Best Buy customer service or these Beats buds. I will not buy another pair.

They are comfortable and have great sound and have all of the benefits of the AirPods I lost. The sole drawback is the lack of wireless charging but otherwise a great set of earbuds.

Only reason why it wasn’t a fit for me was because they would slide off easy when working out. I had to switch for a different brand.

I like the see through style because its different. I recommend getting a silicone case because its very easy to slip out of your hands. Also, If you wear it for a while it may begin to hurt your ear.

Additionally, the mic was horrible. However, the sound quality, in my opinion, was good as AirPod pros if not better.
