Disappointed

The biggest problem was that the earbuds didn't charge when you put them in the case. They needed to be moved so they could connect with the charging points. This is a major default with this earbuds that hopefully Apple/Beats can fix for the next gen.

Prefer the Apple Airpods Pro

The buds would disconnect from my phone. Also got complaints of when I would speak over the phone. I sound robotic and would have to reconnect calls. Still looking for a better pair than the AirPods.

AMAZING sound, not so great fit.

These things sound amazing. I was immediately thrilled with my purchase. After listening to music for a couple hours, my ears started hurting. Major strike! It's not often that I listen for very long periods of time, so I really won't run into the issue theoretically). So.. I, personally am feeling pretty positive about this purchase.
