The associate brought me to the headphones and told me all about them, plus since a regular customer, the warranty was free.(built-in savings for me.)

Worth reading into first

They stay comfortable after prolonged use. The noise canceling while no audio is playing makes it's seem like you can hear everything but with a slight muffle.

Not good for phone headset

Disappointed because they are comfortable and sound quality fantastic but they don’t fit my need and just sit in the box. Waste of money for me sadly.

My son ended up breaking the headband part after having them only a few months. Because we had apple care, I was able to get them replaced (brand new) with no additional cost to me.
