Not loud enough, but good noise cancelling.

I think if your spending $350 on a pair of headphones that you shouldn't even be able to turn them all the way up they are so loud. With these headphones i turned them all the way up and wanted more so i took them back. They get 3 stars for the noise cancelation though.

Disappointed that bestbuy would do something like this, i disinfected the item and keep it not to ruin my kids Xmas this year with all the other stuff happening in the family.

The packaging was good, sound quality is crisp. It has bass but not a whole lot so if your a fan of music with lots of bass then this isn’t the headset for you but for a more crisp detailed sound quality with some bass then it’s for you.

Good but a bit bulky

They are bulkier than I expected from looking at the picture and along with the protective case take up a lot of space in my backpack. However, I think they will meet my needs for when I’m traveling by plane.
