    Never buy a product if it says it coming from NewTech Wholesalers LLC. I received a pair of Beats Headphones which was supposed to be a new purchase to find out they were used and had been registered in November 2024 I purchased in January 2026. I was highly disappointed in the product and the fact Best Buy would be using them as a seller.

    I purchased these headphones for my husband as a Christmas gift & he loves them! Once you put them on, it shuts out the outside noise & BOOM you’re having your own concert through your headphones!!!!!! They’re also great to hook on a book bag or luggage when traveling! If the battery isn’t charged, you can easily plug them with it’s own aux cord too!

    So nice piece of equipment. Pairs well however not app options. Ear covers are uncomfortable and gives sweaty ears. Ear piece covers color fade quickly. Bass doesn't thump that much for me although they are "beats" background vocals are awesome but upfront sounds almost like any radio. For the price they should be better. I can't imagine the lower prices ones and how they must sound.
