I have honestly used it more for checking my son's ear and also show him, but its not great on cleaning earwax. Maybe its just me, but would i purchase again? Mostly likely no. Would I recommend buying it for the purpose of cleaning earwax? Nope..maybe for adult, but definitely not for my child.. Save your $. Mines collecting dust since I can't return it..

We used it the first day and the kids absolutely enjoyed the fact that we could do this. App install was simple and effective.
