    It does the work, but I spent about an hour to clean one ear. You would need to master this skill. I have not yet figured out why you would need tweezers.

    I purchased to help clean my dog's ears. Maybe I need to be smarter but it seemed a little too magnified in my opinion. I was thinking about returning it but I was a couple days past the return date. Setting the app up was annoying.

    I'm a picker...my poor kids lol. This is very satisfying. The only thing I didn't catch at first was the setting to use it on either the right or the left ear. Once I got that figured out I was off and running. Now I'm satisfied that I indeed have the cleanest ears in Tampa and Noone in line next to me will ever see guck!

    Nah - Just don’t. It is a bit awkward to use. it doesn’t give you a real clear view in your ear. Maybe if you have someone else use it on you it might be better??? I tried to like it but it was just wasted $$ in my opinion.

    it does what it says, but for some reason requires your internet connection and access to all your personal data via the app? requires an actual linked account? uses tons of data? battery life is horrible. used mine 8 x and it just stopped working. I used a wiped tablet to connect it but it still wants to crawl around the network. the software also makes no sense.
