The product works great. The app could use some polishing and editing by a native english speaker.

It is s neat product. Holds charge well. Makes cleaning ears fun for children. Once you get use to how it looks on camera ease of use gets easier.

I loved this item when I first got it. It really helped with my itchy ears. Unfortunately it recently broke. The tip and another piece were just sitting in my ear. It took a bit, but I eventually got them out. Not a pleasant experience.

Life saver right here. My son had too much wax and this really helped to clean him up. Very good product.

I purchased this item and it remains in the box I was never able to use it because this model had no instructions and I was unable to get the information on the model, I was told by store manager that I would have to go to the manufacturer to get the product information, after those attempts failed I put it back in its box brand new never used the only thing I could do with it was charge the battery, it does look pretty cool, I ordered it on sale, online and picked it up at my local store

Great concept but did not perform. The app was good, set up not too bad, but the video of the inside of the ear is very difficult to see with the tip they have on the end. Never can see enough to get anything accomplished. If the picture wasn’t blocked by part of tool, it would be pretty as the video it displays is great quality. Also a lot of very small parts that are easily lost and lucky if you find a piece you may have dropped. Parts so small they are very difficult to handle at all. This product is just not ready for mass market use. Disappointed.

Nice and clear but bit blurry at times but recommended

This is the most valuable tool in my “kids tool” collection. Easily see what’s happening in those ear and take the needed step. This device helped me find deeper and harder built wax trapped in my daughters ears. I could not use the device but it called me to action to make a doctors appointment

This helped me clean out wax I had in my right ear for a long time I can hear alot better now. It's very useful being able to see in my ear with the camera through the phone app well worth it.

Worth the discounted price. Better to have someone help you to be honest but atill effective.

Very useful and easy to use only bad thing is the tip is kinda sensitive it can easily be broken if applied pressure the internet thing to connect the device is not that good.

Cool gadget, works as advertised. How often would you really use this?

Awesome little device. I started getting an allergic reaction in my ears from silicone tips on from my earbuds. I used this thing to take a peak in my ear canals to see whats going on. Pretty cool to see the inside of my ear and actually know what I'm doing when I'm sticking a stick in there to clean it out! It's a well built device. High quality materials and the app is easy to use.
