    Sleep Quality Revolutionized

The BedJet climate comfort system remarkably improves the comfort of my bed and my quality of sleep. Overall this is a great product, well-designed and well-constructed. While it seems overpriced compared to other small heater/fan products, the design crafted specifically for keeping a bed at an ideal temperature works very well. FUNCTION A space heater and fan for your bedroom might cost as little as $10. While this device nominally serves the same function, keeping you at a comfortable temperature while you sleep, its design is impressively better suited for the task. First, it is far more efficient because it delivers heat or cool exactly where it is needed—in your bed—instead of conditioning the entire room. Second, it is more effective because it delivers conditioned air directly within your sheets instead of just moving air around you outside the bed. It works better than a room heater or fan, and it also works better than an electric blanket because it can ventilate as well as heat your bed. Sometimes during the night I’ll wake up too hot and find a gross spot on my mattress that is damp with sweat. Other times I’ll wake up too cold to find that my partner has commandeered all the blankets. The BedJet solves both issues. By circulating fresh air it keeps moisture from accumulating; and by carefully regulating the temperature it keeps me just the right temperature no matter what. As a note: I am using the BedJet with a Cloud Sheet. While you can use a BedJet with your regular sheets, using the manufacturer’s special dual-layer Cloud Sheet gives a much better distribution of airflow so that the entire bed is comfortable and ventilated with no drafty or stale spots. BUILD QUALITY/VALUE Superficially, this product seems like nothing more than a glorified space heater. Yet it’s priced like a fancy device with lots of custom features. Curious, I took the cover off to see what is actually going on inside. What I found was that it is in fact pretty simple, but it’s a high-quality design that looks like it’s built to last. Again, this is basically just a space heater. It’s got a fan and a heating element. So why does it cost more than $50? Of course, it’s got a hose and brackets to get the air directly into your sheets. But to me the most value is in the control circuitry. It’s got a couple temperature sensors and some electronics to regulate the temperature very accurately, and it puts exactly the right amount of power into the heating element so that the air is never hotter than it needs to be. The result is a very comfortable, consistent flow of air exactly where it’s helpful to improve your comfort in bed. The plastic housing is sturdy, and it includes foam acoustic insulation as well as a prefilter. This keeps the device operating quiet and clean. All the components appear to be solid and designed to last. Plus, it’s got a 2-year warranty in case anything goes wrong. The remote control is especially luxurious, with a rubber-grip feel to the plastic and a big illuminated display. The BedJet can also be controlled with a smartphone app, but the remote is almost as good with big, easy to follow controls (but more under “Ease of Use.” The air hose is designed to get the air right in between your sheets, and there’s a contraption to hold the hose and vent along the side of your mattress. This whole assembly is plastic, which makes me wonder if it won’t snap off at some point. The first thing I did after I got it all set up was accidentally sit on the vent! I was worried I would break it, but other than getting pushed a little out of alignment it was fine. All considered, this is a well-constructed product and I think it will last a while. But it is priced quite a bit higher than other small space heaters. While this is obviously designed for a specialty use that is different (and far better) than an average inexpensive space heater, it’s hard to explain the remarkably higher price in comparison. EASE OF USE: When this thing works, it works very well. It’s quiet, efficient, and it regulates the temperature very well. However, there’s two main issues for me that keep it from being as easy to use as it could be. First, both the app and the remote control frequently have connection issues where they fail to connect with the BedJet or even claim not to be able to find a BedJet at all. With the remote, this problem usually resolves itself almost as soon as it pops up, so it’s nothing but a small nuisance. But with the app, if it loses connection I might be asked to crawl under the bed and press buttons on the device to get it to sync again. Obviously this could be especially annoying. I’ve only had the device for less than a week, but this has already happened a couple times. Hopefully it’s not a regular occurrence. Second, the controls seem far more complicated than they need to be. There are 5 modes: Turbo, Heat, Extended Heat, Dry, and Cool. But there’s really only 2 things to control: fan speed and temperature. There’s also a auto-shutoff timer that’s always running, no matter what the mode. While I get the convenience of having presets to do routine things (like warm up the bed for a couple minutes right before I hop in; or run a low steady stream of fresh air all night while I sleep), presets are more or less in addition to these 5 modes. Now, to be clear, this device is not capable of cooling other than circulating room-temperature air through your sheets. So “Cool” mode still heats, if needed! Why do they call it a separate mode, then? Setting the BedJet to “Cool” at 75 degrees is exactly the same as setting it to “Heat” at 75 degrees. Maybe this is just a pet peeve of mine, but I would much rather have the controls be as simple as possible while still providing full control. Additionally, there are a few other things that maybe could be better designed in terms of day to day use: The air hose is a little bit bulky. It sticks out from the side of the bed no matter where you put it. It’s easy to bump it walking around the bed, and I had to learn not to sit on the edge of the bed near the hose because I might damage it or knock it out of place. I’m not a ventilation engineer, but it would be lovely if this component were more flexible and less obtrusive. In addition to simple presets for my preferred temperature and fan speed, there are what they call biorhythm settings. These are basically preset scripts that can continually adjust the settings throughout the night. For example I can have it warm for 20 minutes and then cool for most of the night until an hour before morning when it warms up again. These are totally programmable which is very cool, but the interface for programming them is pretty awkward. Given that there’s app controls, the interface could be improved to make it easier to set up complicated routines. One of the first routines that I thought would be nice was to have the fan kick on with fresh air for 10 minutes every hour throughout the night, but setting a routine like this meant setting some 15 different steps, each requiring separate configuration. In other words, no copy/paste or repeat commands. Finally, despite the complicated settings, at the end of the day there’s only 3 memory presets. Maybe that’s enough, but I think there could be more. With 5 different “modes” the designers must have thought that people would be using their BedJets in multiple different ways, so why not let them save more choices? For now, I’m still dialing in the settings that are most comfortable for me, but I have to imagine that what’s comfortable in the fall or winter might be different from what’s comfortable in the summer. And of course I might want different settings depending on my mood too, whether I want to warm up on a chilly morning or feel a cool breeze after a hot bath. BedJet Climate Comfort System is a game changer!

Talk about a product you didn't know you needed till you get it, and now it's a complete game changer! The BedJet Climate Comfort Sleep System is essentially a portable cooling unit that has a hose and a vacuum shaped attachment that blows chilled (or heated) air into a specific 'Cloud Sheet', a pocketed dual layer bed sheet. That enables the temperature of the air around your body to be adjusted from 66ºF to 104ºF - all at the touch of a button! Setting up the BedJet-3 is very simple indeed. Unboxing, you get the main control unit, a hose, a mattress base for the hose, some height adjusters with a clamp, and thre remote control. We also included the optional Cloud Sheet that you attach the hose to that created an air comfort layer between you and your top cover. You simply place the Cloud Sheet on top of your sleeping surface, underneath your main sleep sheet, so. that the Cloud Sheet rests on top of your body. The sheet is fully machine washable, just like your regular bedsheets. Next, you take the BedJet unit and place it under or bedside your bed (ours is beside as the base of our bed is sealed). Then you place the hose attachment underneath your mattress and choose a direction for it to hold the hose. The Cloud Sheet has 3 openings, one either side by your feet, and one in the center of the sheet, down by your feet. You decide where you want the cool air or heat coming from and set it up accordingly. You place the air diffuser into the sheet, there are press snaps on the sheet that you have to open up, feed the diffuser in the opening, and then there are clamps that hold the sheet in place. Insert the hose into the diffuser on one end, and into the BedJet main unit on the other end, and then clip the hose into the retainer on the piece that you have placed under you mattress. You are now ready to feel the difference! Turn on your BedJet, and have the remote control close by. You can set up the machine from here, adjust the name, the clock, the settings of the machine, and obviously how you cool and heat the air going into the Cloud Sheet. The remote has a color display, is nice and clear and intuitive. You can control the speed of the fan, with 30-50% power being the sweet spot for a soothing blast of air, and a nice quiet experience. Instantly when turning on, you can see your Cloud Sheet (if using one) inflate, and feel the surface cooling down quickly. It's a wild piece of technology, but it really does work! You can see on the remote, the current temperature of the sheet, and the temperature you have set it to cool down to as well, which is great. When you climb under the sheet and lay down, you can feel the cooling instantly, and at first it's an odd feeling, and you normally feel cold sheets and your body warms them up quickly. Well, the Cloud Sheet remains cool! It's odd, but so satisfying as well! The first night we used it, my wife, who sleeps hot, work up a couple of times, like she usually does, but turned on the machine for 10 mins and instantly fell back asleep. What a result! So, we looked into the Biometric settings, where you can program the BedJet to run through a predetermined cycle. We worked out that she woke up on average, hot every 2 hours or so. So we set the BedJet Biometric Schedule to come on before bed, then 'wait' and after 2 hours, turn on for 15 mins to cool the sheet down again. What a difference it made! So now we are still tweaking the Biometric schedule - you can add and remove steps, control the cool/heat settings, fan speed, duration etc, to create a perfect schedule for yourself, so perhaps you can make it through the night without waking up! That is our goal. So much thought has gone into the control of the unit, to cater it to the individual user. And speaking of control, yes, you have the remote control with this version which is great to keep on your nightstand, but you can also connect the unit to WiFi and control it with your phone if you so choose to. Even more versatility! The only issue that we had from the system was after initial set up (we put the hose attachment at the center of the bottom of the Cloud Sheet) we moved the hose off to one side to better place the main unit. In doing so, one of the spring clamps for the hose attachment pinged out of its housing and across the room. And initially looking at the design of it, I was nervous that it had broken off one of the little plastic tabs and it wouldn't be useable. Fortunately I retrieved the clamp, inspected it, it wasn't broken and I was able to put it back in place. I am concerned that such an important piece that holds the sheet to the diffuser hose has just two little plastic tabs to hold it in place. So we'll see how that holds up. So far, so good, we've had it set up for about a week now without any other issues, so it might have been a fluke, simply as we moved the hose from the center position to the left hand side of the Cloud Sheet. Overall, this unit is a game changer! It's really helped with my wife's sleeping patterns, I love that it can cool AND heat your bed - a lot more efficiently and quicker than an electric blanket too, I might add, and that you can maintain that temperature all night, as I mentioned from cooling down to 66ºF and heating up to 104ºF - a nice wide range to suit a plethora of sleeping habits. If you or your partner can't agree, there is a dual zone version available! This is however the single zone unit which maintains a temperature uniformly across the sheet. You might ask, well doesn't it concentrate the cooling or heating at the point the diffuser enters the Cloud Sheet? Well, no, it doesn't! It really disperses the cooling and heating effect throughout the Cloud Sheet - hence why I mentioned that it feels 'odd'! You aren't expecting it to work so well, but it just does! Extremely excited to continue to use the BedJet system - ours is set up on a QUEEN size bed and works perfectly - and dial into the Biometrics even more to get the perfect nights sleep!

I was so excited to get my hands on the BedJet after seeing it on an episode of Shark Tank. I always run hot at night and sleep year-round with the air conditioner set to 66°, along with a fan, but it’s never enough to keep me cool. The fan constantly running directly on me tends to dry out my throat, and I still sweat all night long, which leaves me feeling groggy with a sore throat in the morning. Since using the BedJet 3, I no longer have any of those issues! Setup: Setting up the BedJet 3 was simple, everything clicked together effortlessly and was up and running in no time. The only drawback I had was my specific bed frame/footboard configuration. This unfortunately made it impossible to install at the center bottom of my king-sized bed. Instead, I placed it at the foot of my side of the bed, so it was directly on me, rather than my wife. Thankfully, it still distributed the air evenly, allowing both of us to feel the benefits simultaneously. Pairing the BedJet 3 with my own cooling sheet set enhanced the experience further. It’s great that you aren’t forced to buy their branded sheets so you can easily use your own by clipping them to the included vent. Features/Settings: We haven't needed to run the fan higher than 30%, but when I tested it at 100%, I was amazed at how quiet it ran and how strong the airflow was. Although I don't expect to use it often, I also tested the heating setting, and it made my bed toasty warm, perfect for the upcoming cold winter nights. I tried the "Dry" setting as well and woke up feeling refreshed without sweating at all throughout the night, which is a typical issue for me. The included remote works great, I love the large LCD screen and backlit buttons so I can change the settings easily in the middle of the night. I’m also very pleased how simple it was to setup the BedJet 3 to my mobile app via Bluetooth. In Conclusion: Overall, the BedJet 3 has transformed my sleep experience. Despite a minor installation hiccup with my bed frame, the setup was straightforward, and the benefits have been substantial. The even air distribution, compatibility with my own sheets, and quiet yet powerful performance, all contributed to a huge improvement in my sleep quality. The added features like heating and the "Dry" setting further enhance its value. While the price may be a consideration for some, the BedJet 3 proves to be a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking better sleep. I haven't felt this rested in years.

The BedJet is a good solution to those who struggle with temperature throughout the night. My wife and I have different preferences on the ideal sleeping temperature, which we both vary throughout the year. When it's cold outside, we both like the bed to be warm when we first get in, but as the night progresses, I often will find myself too warm. During the warmer months, we both like the bed to be cool when we first lay down, but often throughout the night, she may get too cold, while I may get too warm. The Bedjet seems like an excellent solution to this issue. - Setup - Getting started with the BedJet is pretty straightforward. The BedJet itself is a unit you place under your bed, with a host that is sort of snaked up to your top sheet. If you use the special BedJet top sheet, the hose is connected in one of a few pre-determined locations. I tried using the BedJet with both a standard top sheet, and the BedJet top sheet. I will say that the BedJet top sheet is well worth the investment, as it works very well. In either case, the top sheet is the conduit for the air flow. With the BedJet top sheet, it is more like two top sheets put together and the air is pushed through it, which is why I think I would recommend it over a standard sheet. Though, there are handy clips to keep your sheet in place if you do prefer using your own. There is also a padded clip that you place under your top mattress to make sure the hose ends where it should (right over your mattress). For the most part, this whole process was pretty easy. The issues I did have were with our bed frame, as there wasn't quite enough room to run the hose at the foot of the bed, where I would have preferred. Secondly, the power cord wasn't long enough to reach an outlet. I was able to solve both these issues by repositioning the unit and moving the hose route to my side of the bed near the foot. This was one of the suggested locations by BedJet anyway. BedJet does sell a longer hose that could help if I decide to reposition the hose at the middle foot of the bed. After that process was complete, setting up the remote and pairing the app were easy. - App - The phone app itself works well, and I haven't had any trouble with it, but I do wish it were a little more "feature rich". There are some helpful options built in, but I found myself wanting a bit more. You are able to create what BedJet calls "Biorhythms". Essentially, these are sort of like a timed series of events. For instance, you could have it warm the bed at full power for 2 minutes, then wait for 10 minutes before it cools the bed for 6 hours. This is great, and there is a lot of flexibility there. However, I wish there were some further automations built in. Integrating with some smart home features would be ideal. Maybe this can't be done due to regulations on the system, but the idea of being able to start a Biorhythm by using my voice, or even better, by setting it as a routine using Google Home would be excellent. This would also open up the possibility to have a routine set on your smart watch to start a Biorhythm if you wake up hot or cold. The remote works for a good intermediate solution, but if it is on my wife's side of the bed, I would have to get out of bed to make the adjustment or grab my smart phone and adjust it with the app (which isn't always nearby when I sleep). Most people will likely not have a similar problem, this is more specific to me. - How does it work - My experience so far has been excellent. Specifically, the cooling part. I find myself waking up feeling a bit warm pretty often. Even in the colder months. So, having an option that I can use that won't affect my wife is a great addition to our sleeping arrangements. I can see myself leveraging the BedJet very often throughout the year. I am now making a habit of starting one of the Biorhythms before I head to bed every evening now to sort of prep the bed for me. I find myself getting comfortable more quickly now, and not struggling with waking up feeling warm. I also would like to say that I am pleasantly surprised with how quietly the BedJet is. At any of the lower fan speeds, it isn't any louder than a ceiling fan. Even at its maximum speed, it was definitely audible, but it wasn't overwhelmingly loud. Since I will go to bed later than my wife some nights, it's nice to know that I won't wake her by warming or cooling the bed. Pros: added comfort throughout the night, easy setup, good app, nice remote, surprisingly quiet Cons: I wish the power cord was longer, app could use more features and integrations, I wish the top sheet was included

    The BedJet 3 19E8 ~ I'M IN LOVE!

I will start off by admitting I didn't think I would like this BedJet 3 as I wondered how it could possibly work and was worried about fan noise. Boy was I ever wrong! Received and proceeded to put it together which was a breeze. Everything clicked together easily with no tools needed. I also received the remote control and a Queen Single Zone double thickness sheet, which by the way is fabulous! The material is amazing and such high quality. 100% cotton. I love the feel against my skin and it's perfect for inserting the hose grip inside to gently caress my body with warm or cool air. It washes up beautifully too. Buying the sheet is optional but I highly recommend it. This does only connect to 2.4 Ghz WiFi and it connected immediately to the Smart Remote phone app. Works flawlessly. Haven't had a dropped signal yet. As my adjustable bed is high off the floor the BedJet fit underneath without issue. There are 3 openings on the sheet ~ one on each side and at center bottom. Because I use a heel rest pillow at the foot I opted to place the hose on my left side. It slips into the opening and then you push the plastic snaps together which seals the air flow in towards you. There are also 2 clips on the hose grip which keep the sheet in place too. I did a test run of the fan loudness. I found if I set it between 35-45% on either heat or cool the sound level was perfect and lulls me right to sleep. I usually have to listen to sleep programs but no more. I am snoozing within 5 or 10 minutes max now. I did put the speed at 100% and it was fun to watch my quilt balloon up but the noise was a bit much for my sensitive ears. Remember you can adjust the fan speed till the level agrees with YOU so don't let the fear of a possible loud fan noise keep you from this purchase. It can be fixed with touches of a button! On the Smart Remote app (and also on the remote) you'll see the Biorythm which includes timed intervals of HEAT, COOL or OFF as you make a profile to save for the night. The DRY setting mode I honestly haven't felt a need to try. I will mention that the ceramic heating element can be set between 72-104 degrees and the lowest on the convection cooling is 66 degrees. On the app the settings are OFF, TURBO, HEAT, COOL, DRY and EXT-HEAT. There's an Auto-Shutoff Timer, Biorythm setting, Save and the 3 empty memory slots across the bottom for presets. The fan speed percentage is on the center left and on the right is where you set the temperature plus see the actual temperature in your bed. The 3 horizontal lines on the upper right corner will take you to 9 different adjustments and also shows the versions of the app, BedJet 3 and remote. This is where you update your firmware too. As I live in Wisconsin it's been chilly but we recently had 2 days/nights of warm weather being in the mid 80's so I was able to truly test out the cooling feature. Wow! I didn't put my central air on and the room was at about 80 degrees. Well I set it up for COOL at 35% speed/68 degrees and my goodness what a relief ~ it felt wonderful. I slept like a baby. Now the last couple nights we are back in the 30's and gosh do I adore that heat! I usually keep it at about 45% fan speed and 92 degrees ~ simply perfect for me. I'll turn on the TURBO mode which runs for 10 minutes then shuts off. It's a preheat feature and my bed is toasty warm when I crawl in. The unit comes with a 2 year warranty which is a plus. I had a couple questions so called BedJet directly and spoke with the nicest customer care rep right there in Rhode Island. That's right ~ no robots or folks I couldn't understand. This company truly cares about people who buy their products. I was impressed with his information and kindness. I must say the last 4 nights I've literally had the best sleeps of my life. No tossing, turning, sweating, freezing ~ just blissful, comfortable sleep. I wake up feeling so refreshed and now I realize how badly I was sleeping before. I, like some other reviewers, never want to be without the BedJet!! This is a "rest of my life" purchase and if ever needed it will be immediately replaced. If you're reading this review you must be interested in one of these. I can say it's worth every dollar and many many more. You deserve a great nights sleep so JUST BUY IT! I love mine and so will you!

Well, you can call me a believer now! This device is an absolute game changer for us. My wife and I both get very hot at night and have tried almost everything to combat it before trying the BedJet system. Lately, we’ve resorted to turning our home AC down at night to get comfortable which is less than ideal. The BedJet has come to the rescue for us. Set up of the unit was honestly one of the easiest set ups I’ve experienced in quite some time. The “hardest” part is using the correct number of extensions that set the height of the vent that provides air to the sheets. To that point, we are using the BedJet sheet that is optimized for the system; however, you can use your own sheets if desired. The rest of set up is very easy and straightforward. It took us about 15 minutes total to set up the entire system including the top sheet. There is so much to love about this system but, obviously, it needs to, at minimum, do what it advertises it can do: heat or cool your bed. We tried cool first and after about 5 minutes the unit has the sheets cooled down significantly to where we could easily not have to turn our AC down at night. We could have had the system cool the sheets even further but we were comfortable. This is NOT an AC unit so it can’t cool air down significantly past ambient air temperature but, because it’s moving air constantly, it feels much, much cooler than ambient air temp. Heat works extremely effectively as well (though it’s still too warm where we are to really need it yet) heating the entire bed quickly without being too aggressive. You can use the “Turbo” mode to heat the bed very quickly but we found the standard heat very effective. Outside of doing what it promises, the included remote is incredible with a nice large, color screen and snappy controls. You can adjust the brightness of the screen, turn on/off the lights and beeps of the BedJet unit, adjust modes, temperature, fan speed, and save up to three memory settings. All of this can also be done through the app as well. Speaking of the app, I was INCREDIBLY happy to see that you DON’T have to create an account like so many other products require to use or set up their products AND you only need to connect to WiFi if you want to update the firmware of the unit. I love the non-intrusive set up. If you want more control over how you sleep and stop having to resort to all kinds of crazy methods to try and control sleeping conditions, the BedJet is well worth the investment. We’re already considering adding one for our youngest son who often complains of being too hot when sleeping.

When I first told my wife that I had ordered this from Best Buy, she thought it was a silly idea. She thought it would be loud, that it wouldn't do much, and that it would be uncomfortable. A week on now of having it on our bed and she is a convert! I overheard her talking to one of her friends at work yesterday and saying how much she loved it. TLDR: The BedJet does exactly what it says it will (especially if you get the matching sheet for your bed), but you will definitely need to examine your bed frame set-up to make sure that it can properly accommodate the system. I had originally wanted to get this for our summers here on the California Coast. I HATE air conditioning and would always rather have a window open to cool the place down, but there are some weeks where that isn't possible. I thought that this would be a great way to keep us cool and dry during those times. I unfortunately (well, fortunately) did not get to test this idea during this week because Fall hit hard the day or two before this arrived. Now my wife and I love it when it is super chilly outside of the covers and nice and toasty under them. We sleep like babies when we can get it right. The BedJet has made it so that we can ALWAYS get it right. Now, when we are getting ready for bed, I turn on the BedJet at a 40% fan and 87 degrees and we crawl into a nice and toasty bed and are usually zonked out before the timer shuts it off 30 minutes later. We have the Queen sized BedJet sheet that goes with the system and I think it is a must have. It may not coordinate with the rest of your bed set but it is a simple white layer that is pretty much like a duvet cover without the duvet inside. This lets the BedJet properly inflate and get the warm or cool air all around you. You might also think that this is the only thing you can have on your bed, but like they tell you in the instruction manual, it actually works better with a blanket overtop, and I can confirm that that is indeed the case. The BedJet was easy to set up once I had the bed made up with the new BedJet sheet. Unfortunately though, our bed frame is not very conducive to having the BedJet tucked away like most people would want. There is neither the clearance under the bed to hid it away, nor can I easily have it at the foot of the bed due to our storage bench and an extended footer to the bed. If all you have is a simple frame and headboard, this will be an easy set-up for you. Otherwise you are going to have to either use the side ports in the sheet or be OK with the BedJet just being out in the open. Oh, there is also a mini-version of the BedJet that might fit better so be sure to measure your bed set-up first and see which would be best for you. My wife likes the BedJet so much that she wants to get a different bench for the foot of the bed so that it can be set up underneath and just have the hose run to her side of the bed (of course). That's really not a big deal because we have the single zone sheet so we will both still get the benefit, she just gets more. You can always get the dual zone sheet and two units if you want to have individual temps for each of you. Other than us not having the ideal bed set-up for the BedJet, I really can't think of any big negatives to give. If you want a climate control system for your bed, the BedJet is awesome. If I were to give any criticism it would probably be over the remote control because it is probably A LOT bigger than it needs to be. That being said, you can control everything from an app on your phone, I just refuse to put yet another app on my phone. I have too many apps as it is. As 'Winter' sets in here in Southern California, I'm going to try setting up one of the Biorhythm programs they talk about on their website (they should really give this in the instruction book). You can set a program that warms you, then cools you, and then warms you again to help you go to sleep, stay asleep, and then wake up nice and refreshed. I may not need to do it because even just using this to go to sleep has already taken our sleep quality up several notches, but I'll see if the Biorhythm program takes us to sleep nirvana. I realize that the BedJet is not exactly cheap, but even if it just gives us the sleep boost it already has and nothing more, it will be worth it. If next summer I can also keep from having to run the AC at night in our house, it will be worth WAY more than what it cost.

I've been curious about this since I saw an early concept years ago at a store. Finally got the Bedjet 3 with a remote control and the optional but highly recommended Cloud Sheet. The BedJet is at its essence a fan and heater that's placed either under the bed or on its side and through a duct it vents between the bedsheets. The cloud sheet improves on this by replacing the top sheet. It's two top bedsheets sewn together with buttoned openings on the sides to accommodate the duct from the Bedjet. In my case it's a single zone for queen beds. Single zone means that the whole bed will be fed from a single unit. There is also a two-zone kit that requires a second Bedjet. The main benefit of the cloud sheet is that air is not blown directly to the body, but instead it creates an air pocket on the top sheet that is more pleasant and more evenly distributed. The machine makes the typical white noise of a fan. It can be heard at higher speeds but barely perceptible after a while in lower speeds as being used right now. The remote that comes with is fantastic. It light ups with slight movements and the screen is easy to read with a black background. Additionally the Bedjet can be controlled using a mobile phone. The app is somewhat basic but very effective. It connects via Bluetooth so the phone has to be near the bed for it to work, and there is no internet required, except when checking for updates for the Bedjet, in which it sets up a temporary WiFi connection that turns off afterwards. With the remote, the app is not necessary. One can use either or both the app and remote. We first tried the fan setting but during the fall/winter months, even at low speeds it felt too cold. There is a dry setting that's meant to help with night sweats and that's working for us by flowing mildly warm air. In any case, the target temperature and fan speeds are configurable, and it defaults to a timer so don't need to worry about turning it off in the morning. It also can store three presets and has a biorhythm function that changes the target temperature through the night. Didn't try this yet. Overall it has helped with my spouse's hot flashes and keeps me asleep though the night. Another benefit is that we don't need to rely on the house's HVAC as much through the night if we can keep the bed itself instead of conditioning the whole room. In our case we were able to hide the unit under the bed and put the duct on the feet of the bed, and covered under the bedding cover is hidden away although slightly noticeable. The duct has a flat head where it meets the bedsheet but the rest is a tube, so it does protrude slightly. Not an issue for the huge benefit it provides.

I got the Bedjet more for my wife than me, but I found that I liked the features as much as she did. She tends to get warm at night and we live in Phoenix so the summer nights are really hot. She already uses a water cooled mat through the summer, but that is extremely loud and needs to be filled and cleaned frequently. When I ordered the Bedjet, I thought it would be similar to the mat that you sleep on top of, but it actually is a bed sheet that you sleep under. Setting up the Bedjet is relatively straight-forward, but I had to check the instructions about 4 or 5 times to figure out how to connect the flexible duct from the fan to the bed. The instructions weren't clear, but it wasn't too difficult to figure out. It includes mattress extensions to support any size mattress. We have a thick mattress (12") and we still had three leftover extensions. I would give the instructions a 'C' since it wasn't as clear as I would like. The Bedjet comes with a fancy remote control that looks more impressive than my TV remote. There is also an app that you can download, which I didn't do since the remote was so easy to use. You can control fan speed, time, temp, heat/cool, and dry functions with the remote. It also has a nice screen on it to tell you the current settings. We put the blower under the bed and when it is on the highest fan setting, it is a little loud. However, it is similar to a white noise machine that may help some people sleep. Either way, we tried it at 75%, 50% and then finally settled on around 35% fan speed. At 50 and 35%, the blower was not very loud...more of a background hum. For cooling, we kept it a few degrees below the room temperature and that seemed comfortable for both of us. I tried the heat setting just to see how well it worked, though we probably won't use that too much in Phoenix. It was comfortable with the heat on. I also tried the Dry setting...I really couldn't tell any difference between that and the cool/heat options. Overall, this is a nice product and we are happy with how it works. I would recommend the Bedjet Climate Comfort Sleep System for a quiet, comfortable sleep.

Introduction I’ve been able to spend a couple of weeks with the BedJet Comfort System. The BedJet is an interesting concept. It is composed of a base ventilation unit that moves warm or cool air (depending on user setting) through a flexible hose and adaptor into a bed sheet designed to work with the unit. This bed sheet sits on top of the bed like any other bed sheet and expands when the base unit is turned on, filling with air and creating a sort of barrier between the sleeper and ambient air. This air-filled sheet can either provide a cool barrier between the sleeper and the ambient air, or a warm one, depending on the setting of the base unit. You don’t have to buy the BedJet fitted sheet, but it does work better if you have one. A regular sheet with a minimum of 400-thread count will hold some of the air blown in by the BedJet, but in my experience was not as effective as using the official made-for- BedJet sheet. The only bummer? The BedJet sheet appears to only come in white. Kind of clashes with my blue sheets and bedding. Plus, it is pretty pricey. Set Up I connected the hose to the base unit, stuck it under my bed, and then connected the hose to the nozzle and placed it into one of the pre-made cutouts for the BedJet sheet. I made the bed around the whole set up, placing an additional sheet on top of the BedJet sheet (my wife was not a fan of the white BedJet sheet, so that was our compromise). I plugged in the BedJet and using the included remote (which is amazing, by the way, everything can be controlled with ease by it), I turned the BedJet on to Cool. The base unit isn’t obtrusive at all, it sounds kind of like a small floor fan when running. I set the temperature as low as it would go on the remote (says it can go to 66 degrees, but a message popped up saying 75 degrees was as low as it could go due to ambient temperature), and watched as the fitted BedJet sheet slowly filled with air and expanded. After just a few minutes, I placed my hand on top of the BedJet sheet and it was definitely cool to the touch. I then changed the setting on the BedJet to Heat and set the temperature at 80 degrees. Again, after a few minutes, the fitted sheet felt warm to the touch. Pretty cool. In Use Next up was to test the sheet while sleeping. For several nights, I messed with the settings, tried Heat and Cool, and tried different fan settings and time limits. I found that if I ran the BedJet at Cool all night long, I woke up after about 5 hours and was cold. I found that if I ran the BedJet at Heat all night, I woke up sweating. I live in Vegas and it’s fall, so maybe I’m in a kind of in-between climate for the BedJet. But after a few nights, I discovered that a very low fan setting with either Heat or Cold and a 2-3 hour time limit (there is a timer function on the remote) led to some very comfortable sleep patterns. That is the key with the BedJet. Be patient, work through the settings, and find the optimal settings for sleeping good. I used my Smart Watch while sleeping and using the BedJet to see how my sleep pattern was while working through the different settings, and found an optimal one for me. Conclusion Four stars because it did take a lot of effort to find the optimal settings for best sleep, and because the fitted sheets must be bought from BedJet and only come in white. I still recommend the BedJet for folks who find themselves freezing at night or sweating a lot in bed while sleeping. With a little bit of patience, I definitely improved my sleep effectiveness.

The BedJet 3 is a climate control system for the place you spend the most time in, your bed. It’s not really an air conditioner, because it can’t cool beyond a certain temperature, and it includes the ability to also heat up your bed as well. For this review, I received the BedJet 3 core system and a Twin XL sized cooling sheet. I’ll be reviewing how they both work and if this system is worth the price and set up. Installation: Installation is pretty easy. Assembling the hose and finding a place for the actual unit will be the hardest part. I was able to sneak the unit underneath my adjustable bed, but some people may to find a place around the bed to place it. Yes, it needs electricity, so be sure to plan for that as well, since the included cord isn’t very long. Finding the right spot for the vent that will be blowing the cold or hot air under your covers is the important part here. It should be somewhere that you won’t be touching and that will allow you to get in and out of bed without hitting it. I chose to but it on the end of the bed and ended up having to use a bungee cord to really secure it, as the included brackets are not that sturdy. If you have a higher than usual bed, be sure to ask for the extension pieces, as they’ll send them out to you as well. Usage/Operation: The BedJet remote control makes the unit fairly easy to use, with only a few settings that you’ll probably want to look up and make sure you understand correctly. The physical remote is backlit, and I prefer it over the phone app as it lets you control the unit by touch, and you won’t be distracted in the middle of the night by your phone. The unit itself heavily relies on having an ideal setup for your bedsheets, which isn’t always the case, so I do whole heartily recommend investing in the custom cooling sheets that are available as they are a game changer. The sheets have a place to attach the exhaust vent for the unit and allow the air to travel within both layers of the sheet. This allows the cool air sheet, filled with air, to reach every part of your body instead of just your lower body. I can’t recommend the sheet enough, as using the BedJet without the sheet wasn’t nearly as nice of an experience. I have central air conditioning in my home, but the bedroom is at the end of the run and always runs a little colder or hotter depending on the season. Taking that into account, the BedJet does a great job at cooling be down during warmer nights and gets the bed super toasty now that the nights are getting a little cooler. If you have a window AC in your bedroom or central air, then I think the system will impress you, but this is not a replacement for cooling down your bed in a sweltering room. Noise/Maintenance/Other: The BedJet 3 is a quiet system, but it can definitely be heard when first warming up or cooling down. Once you have a set temperature, though, it’s not going to interrupt most people’s sleep. The unit does have a little filter that you should probably clean out every few months, and the cooling sheet is machine washable as well. Pros: Effective temperature control: The system cools and heats your bed pretty efficiently and without a lot of fuss or noise. Easy to use: The remote allows for easy operation of the BedJet, even in the middle of the night. Quiet operation: The unit is fairly quiet Cons: Price: The BedJet 3 is expensive, there’s no way around this elephant in the room. Bulky Hose: The unit’s hose is pretty large, and finicky to secure. Overall Impressions: The BedJet 3 is a complete climate control system for your bed, but keep your expectations in check, as it’s not a replacement for a room that doesn’t have heat or air conditioning already. The system is easy to use, fairly easy to install and requires very little maintenance. BedJet stands behind their products with a 2-year warranty and fantastic customer support as well.

As someone who basically needs to be cold to have a great night sleep, I was so excited to give the BedJet a try. TLDR; It's amazing and I LOVE it! With the BedJet system you can use your own sheet/blanket or in my case, get the Cloud Sheet which is optional. In the box comes with the BedJet system itself, a cool remote with batteries, instruction booklet and all the various items to set up the tubing to the bed. Installation was pretty simple and straightforward and only took me about 20 minutes to get it all set up. I have a queen bed with a pillowtop mattress and was initially worried about the clamp for the air and that it wouldn't reach the top of the pillowtop. My worries were quickly dismissed as it has more than enough little extensions to clear it. Now I opted to use the Cloud Sheet instead of just shooting the air directly under my blanket. Trust me, it is worth it. The sheet is like 2 sheets in 1 and there are 3 places you can stick the air hose into to inflate the sheet with your preferred temp air. Once everything was installed according to the instruction manual, I used the included remote and fired it right up. 1st time it pushes the fan to 100% speed but I found for me 75% was more than enough. It literally injected air into the sheet and turned it into a cloud. Even with my blanket on top, it barely weighed it down. It's a good thing because you want your air everywhere like me. I tried the heat option 1st as winter is closing in and nights have been low 60s and it kept me toasty when I was trying it out. As I mentioned previously I prefer the cold and set it to 66 (coldest it gets). I don't think I have been more comfy at night falling asleep fast and waking up feeling refreshed in a long time. When I am ready to head to bed, I use the remote to turn it on and in under 1 minute, the sheet is full of cool air. In my opinion, there are 2 people who probably won't benefit from the awesome BedJet system: 1st is light sleepers. If you are sensitive to noise, this might keep you up at night. As is doesn't bother me, I would say it has the same noise lvl (@ 75%) as a portable AC system. Higher the fan speed, the louder the noise. I have mine under my bed on tile and I have gotten used to it. 2nd is people who need weighted blankets to fall asleep. Those blankets will defeat the purpose of the BedJet and restrict airflow to basically non-existent levels. If you don't fall into those 2 types of people and need to be hot or cold, the BedJet system is amazing and I cannot recommend it enough to people.

If you are like many others, including me, you need your bedroom to be comfortable in order to have a shot at a good night sleep. My wife & I have a cooling king size mattress and cooling pillows. Even with those, we tend to run hot when sleeping and have been looking for something to help. That’s when I came across the BedJet climate comfort system. The BedJet is a decently sized machine that includes everything you need to complete set up with pretty much any mattress. Unboxing might be a little intimidating with all the clips, attachments, & the flexible hose but the instructions are pretty clear. It took me about 30 mins after unpacking everything to attach the BedJet to my bed. The system I have came with a remote controller but from reading the manual, not every model does, but every model can connect to an app that’s available for apple and google. The app basically functions the same as the remote control and connects to the BedJet just as easily. One of the nice things about the BedJet is that you can use it with any mattress and more importantly, any set of sheets you already own! While BedJet does offer sheets made with openings specifically for the air vent, you can get the same result using any bedding. I set up using my own sheets, with the BedJet under the fitted sheet, then a top sheet, and finally my comforter. The instruction recommend putting the vent at least one layer below your sleeping layer so that the air isn’t blowing directly on you. The vent can also set up on any edge of your mattress, in a corner, or in the middle, depending on your climate control needs. Once its all set up and its bed time, all you have to do is select an option or two on the remote (or from the app), and you are ready for a chance at a great night of sleep. When I turned it on the first time, the first thing I noticed is that its pretty quiet. Its certainly no louder than any fans you might have running in the bedroom. The next thing I noticed was how quickly it made an impact on how the mattress felt temperature wise. Both the heat and cool settings work quickly and feel great, depending on what you need. I mention heat and cooling because the BedJet can do both with the push of a button. The cooling can go as low as 65 degrees F, while the heat can go above 100 degrees! The magic really starts once you know what you like and just as importantly when you like it. You don’t have to just choose heat or cooling, you can have both with a click of a button. The BedJet has a setting called biorhythm sleep which can have the system automatically change temperature and fan strength on a set schedule. Even better there is a preprogrammed setting for you to easily try out, which heats for a few minutes, then turns down the heat for a few more minutes, and after goes into cooling for the rest of the night. Once you figure out what you like, and get brave enough, you can set up & save your own biorhythm setting. While I only have one BedJet, you also have the option to have two machines and then you can enable duel climate zones! After about a week, everything about the BedJet Climate Comfort system has been great. The speed that the machine’s effects can be felt is really quick and there are so many different combinations of temperature and fan speed that there is a setting that will work for all body/sleep types. After the first night, we’ve settled into heat to start followed by cooling the rest of night and according to my sleep stats, I’ve had fewer disturbances and certainly fewer times that I remember tossing and turning in the middle of the night. I’ve been so impressed with the BedJet and I think you will too!

The latest thing I'll never be without

To be honest, I was quite skeptical about receiving this product. I saw a big box, a big hose, and I'm thinking this is going to be clumsy, noisy, and work no better than a box fan. Boy, was I wrong. Before I even talk about it I'm going to say I'll never be living without one! I was also concerned that I'd have a problem fitting it to my mattress as I have a King Pillow Top that's a foot thick. That concern was alleviated once I started taking the pieces out of the box. To set up, you take the box with the mechanicals; clear out the shoeboxes from under your bed, attach the air hose, and slide the unit under the bed frame. There's a plastic frame that holds the hose & the jet nozzle; there's a tab on it that slides under your mattress to hold the assembly in place. There are also extension pieces which would accommodate mattress sizes even thicker than a foot (as was mine.) To be clear, the nozzle goes between the fitted sheet on your mattress and the top sheet. Next, take the remote, establish a bluetooth connection to the main unit, hook into your wife, and you're ready to go. While the Bedjet provides cooling, the box itself does not have any air conditioning ability. The air it provides in cooling mode will be the air temperature of the room; however, since it's drawing from the floor that should theoretically be the coolest in the room. The remote is very well thought out. There are options for heat, cool, dry, or there are up to 3 presets you can program for either the heat or cool function, the airspeed, and how long you want the unit to run (auto shutoff.) I initially started the unit at 50% air speed, and that was able to lift both the top sheet and a fairly heavy comforter in a couple of seconds. Personally, I found a setting of 25% worked well for me, providing a noticeable stream of air as well as having a barely noticeable sound level. Kicking it up to 50% the sound becomes about the volume of a window fan or white noise machine. At 100%, well, that's a mini cyclone in your bed - this unit is powerful. But, as I said, I'm in a king size bed, and setting it at @ 25% was all I needed. That provides a sensation of air moving, but more importantly, it's lifting the sheet to it's not touching your leg. Slide your legs to the left or right, and you'll never run out of a "cool spot." I'm talking about how much I enjoy the cooling function, if you speak to my wife, she'll be raving about the gentle heat it provides. Again, with the remote, you can set the level of heat you would like in 1 degree increments. And therein lies the rub - if you're like my wife & I, we have diametrically opposed conditions as to how we like to sleep - I like cool, she prefers warmth. I generally will sleep with the top sheet off while she is covered. Bedjet, however, thought of this & optionally available is a dual zone sheet which will provide both heat & cool to separate sides of the bed. (a second unit would be required to do this.) Or, if you're like me, with a another available bedroom, take the second unit and place it there - which is what I did. While I received this unit for promotional consideration, after sleeping with it for 3 days, I decided it was something I didn't want to be without, so I bought another one! I did have some minor issues - the remote is beautifully designed, all the keys light up as soon as you touch it (i wish all tv remotes were like that), it's all in text, not some undecipherable symbols, and there's a battery indicator. The issue I had was that it sometimes disconnects, and I have to rescan to connect it back to the unit. The other thing was on initial setup, it does not provide a list from which to select your wifi's SSID, you have to do that manually. So far, I've had a week's worth of great sleep with the Bedjet, good enough to know there'll be one under my bed for the foreseeable future.

As a healthcare provider, my sleep is incredibly valuable. My husband and I have been looking at ways to improve our sleep quality for some time. First we got a bigger bed and better mattress, then we started getting inundated with ads for bed temperature regulation. The two biggest players targeting us were 8 sleep and Bedjet. We did a lot of digging, review reading, and YouTube watching. Ultimately we decided we weren’t willing or able to spend thousands of dollars (more than our mattress) on an 8 sleep pod system. So Bedjet it was. I initially had reservations as I was worried the Bedjet would feel like adding a big ole fan under our sheets and be uncomfortable/ feel unnatural. I was also a bit concerned because we were only receiving one Bedjet unit and I wasn’t sure my husband and I would be able to agree on a temperature, fan intensity, etc. Now that we’ve been using Bedjet for a couple of weeks, we absolutely LOVE it! Setup was super easy. Attach the air tube to the Bedjet’s base, tuck and clip the end nozzle to your sheets, plug it in, connect the remote, and you’re good to go. While we did get the Bedjet branded sheets, they are absolutely not necessary. Per the instruction manual, you can use Bedjet with any sheets that have a thread count of 250 or higher. Bedjet can be controlled with the included remove or with the Bedjet app. I’m personally tired of making accounts and coming up with new passwords, so we’ve only used the included remote. It can control all aspects of the Bedjet and has worked flawlessly thus far. We live in the upper Midwest. Now that it’s November, temps are dropping quickly. We’ve even seen a little snow already. What fun! My husband and I like to keep our home cool at night, but this in turn leads to sheets that are extremely cold until enough body heat accumulates to make things comfortable. Because I go to bed first every night, warming up the bed has always been my job. With Bedjet, I can start warming up the bed while I take my nightly shower. After, I can crawl into nice and toasty sheets. This alone makes the Bedjet worth it for me. Once in bed, I bring the temperature down to be just a smidge warmer than our bedroom. Somehow this temperature is comfortable for both my husband and myself. Throughout the night, the continuous air flow feels so much more natural than I anticipated and prevents us from overheating and sweating. Neither of us has to throw a limb out of the covers in the middle of the night anymore. Our Purple mattress with our Bedjet attached has us both sleeping through the entire night. The final thing that I think is really appealing about the Bedjet is the ease of maintaining it over time. It uses air instead of water, so you don’t need to worry about keeping that clean or possible leaks. The air filter in the Bedjet is easily removable and can be washed and reused. The only other component that needs replacing is the remote’s batteries when those die. Easy peasy. As I already mentioned, despite our initial reservations, we love our Bedjet and use it every night. If you’re looking for a bed temperature regulating system that won’t completely break the bank, consider giving the Bedjet a try.

I have been looking for a good way to help me sleep better, I tried mattress pads and pillows and nothing had worked for me because I usually get hot and sweaty when I sleep. I find this Bedjet bedroom climate system and it was the best thing I ever had to helped me sleep. This bedjet is easy to install and start using it on your bed.first make sure you place the bedjet base in a place that is comfortable for you , in my case I placed the base under my queen bed frame and installed the air hose and nozzle in the middle of the foot of the bed. The bedjet works best with their cloud sheet ( sold separately) but you can use your own sheets, just make sure that the air nozzle is completely cover. I have the queen cloud bedjet sheet and it works perfectly, also easy to installed with the system. I have to say that this bedjet system has helped me sleep better since I installed it on my bed, it keeps me cool on hot days and warm on cold days, much better than those electric blankets, also safer. The system has a few different types of settings, Cool, Heat, Turbo, Dry Ext- heat and Biorhythm , the cooling temperature range 66°-78°, turbo heat 109°, heat 72°-104°, ext heat 72°-92°, dry up to 87° and biorhythm where you can get a combination of warm and cool modes automatically with various temperatures settings. The system also have auto-shutoff time that can be set up 12 hours for cooling. The system is designed to help you sleep better with a temperature that you can easily adjust with the remote control included or the bedjet app, also the system noise while on is not as bad, it really sounds like when you have an a/c window unit or a fan, which it doesn’t bother me at all, as long as the system keeps me cool for sleep , I’m good but if I don’t want to hear the system noise, all I have to do is set the fan to low settings. I highly recommend this Bedjet air climate comfort system, now I can sleep better wether I want to sleep cooler or warmer, this system will definitely help me.

The bedjet climate comfort system is something I have needed for many years. This product provides either cool or warm air to your bed for the comfort you desire for sleeping. This is not an air conditioner. More like a fan that can give air cooled or warm air. The unit I have came paired with specialized sheets that help to contain the air and distribute it to the sleeper. You should follow the manufactuer's guidleines and if you don't use their sheets ( you should) buy sheets with the proper thread count to allow the product to work as designed. Their sheets have specialized connection holes that will allow the hose to connect thru your sheet providing optimum efficency. The instruction booklet provided is excellent for the setup of the unit. Easy to follow instructions help to have you attach the holding bracket and the hose to the unit. There are height adjustment clips that you size to the mattress height to properly connect the hose for air distribution. Once the unit is connected you can preset functions to the supplied remote. Please note the remote is not supplied for all models. I do wish the instructions for the remote were better. There is a lot of trial and error that can be avoided with more detailed instructions. However, this is a minor complaint. The supplied electrical wire is a little short for my preferred receptacle, but that is not bedjet's doing. That size is required to meet UL approval. The motor is not too loud. The product quality is good. The customer service is good as they provide great q&a on website and in instructions. For many years I have struggled to sleep at night as my body temp seems to rise in the evening. Finally, I have some relief. I have slept quite well this past week and hope that I have finally found the key to sleepful nights.

As an athlete, I take my sleep very serious. When I noticed I was waking up/tossing and turning due to being overheated, I decided to give this a try. I turn it on maybe 5-10minutes before bed to let it get the sheet to operating temp and it does great all night. Over a month in and no issues. If you are an athlete or struggling to stay cool at night I recommend it. I am 300+lb for reference and sometimes it gets too cold for me. Lowest temp setting at 20% keeps me chill all night

This thing has saved my life. I've gone from four hours of sleep a night TOPS to getting seven ish every night. The night sweats were killing me. Even if I do end up sweating and waking up in severe freezing chills, i blast the heat and go right back to sleep. Luckily the intermittent fan every 20 minutes keeps me sleeping through the night most of the time. I love this thing. Best 500 bucks I've ever spent.

I bought this item for my wife for Christmas, and I am blown away by how great this product is. It is one of those rare products that, after you buy it, you think to yourself, how did I live without this for so long? The BedJet is that amazing, if you have a chilly or hot bed room and don't want to crank your heat or A/C this is the answer. The only problem we have had with it is our three pugs hog the heat as they all lay near the nozzle, but even with them lying there, it still warms the bed with no problem. Just invest in the sheets.
