Sound was ok but ..........

These speakers do look good and sound OK BUT they are small for being floor speakers (22 inches tall, 12 inches deep and 5 3/4 inches wide. They have a power feature (the transformer) is in the upper left speaker with the on/off switch on the upper back. The remote control WILL NOT shut them off. when I reached around to turn them off the complete upper part on the speaker back was very hot to the touch. Even the top and sides of the left speaker were hot to the touch
