I could not have been more happy with this. I use a set of regular heavy duty headphones running on my cell phone, laptop and a small shirt pocket radio. Excellent sound and volume.

So i bought one of these to use primarily as a headphone amp but also to use as a passive speaker amp. I hooked it up with my sony mdr-zx300 headphones and was immediately disappointed by the sound quality. the music sounds fuzzy, there is not much amplification, the lower frequencies are cut out quite a bit, and there is a lot of distortion starting around the 8 volume level. honestly the music sounds better coming from the source than the amplifier. So after discovering this, i decided to give it another try with my speakers, using one channel for the speakers and one for the sub. i also configured it to use one channel with the speakers passing through the sub. as i expected, the sound quality was far below par, with the music sounding tinny and distorted. i would not recommend this product to anyone and would definitely consider this one of the worst purchases ive ever made

Bought for a client to hook up some Sennheiser 598 headphones to his desktop, really helped to fill out the PC 3.5 connection. I could hear hiss on a few test songs but it ended up being the source.

This amp took my headphones from ok to amazing!!! A must have for studio headphones if you want to use them with an iPhone or mp3 player.

I wanted to use for watching movies with friends, however, it does not handle much power coming in. You get crackle and pop pretty badly.
