The cord is rather stiff and sometimes is hard to wrangle in my purse, but this aspect also seems to ensure sturdiness and no cord splitting, so I'm tolerant of that feature. Good product - I have two of them and use them multiple times daily.

And, I kept having problems with getting my phone to stay connected via the cheap USB cables that I was using. They worked fine for charging my phone. But, didn't work well for Android Auto. I did a little research and found that a USB 3.0 cable is what I needed. I bought this cable (which wasn't cheap). But, it did the trick.

Great cord does what it says

Since I use it for my phone it can get worn down from constant battery pack charging from my pocket. Got this to replace other one for data only. Last one broke partly because it would only charge but it was my abuse of the cord that led to it. Would recommend, just wish there were more durable options at best buy

When I purchased the latest iPad Pro, I did not know that it has the USB-C connector. Went home and hmmmm, cannot connect to my older macbook pro. Go back to bestbuy and bought this cable. You need it.

Perfect for Android Auto, the plug fits tight on both ends. I lost the first one i bought and tried to use a normal cord but immediately ordered another one! This cord doesnt disconnect the data transfer with every little bump while driving like my others do.

I also had to go with the s7 edge because I have ATT and BB said that getting a new note 7 with ATT requires authorization sent to them via voicemail and a response could take up to 3 days... What???!!! Ridiculous!!!
