Huge Electrical plugin adapter is its downfall

At least that's what it says on the box. . I had a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard connected to my MacBook Pro with this port and it worked excellently. Really good looking too with its brushed aluminum that matched the Mac. Would travel well also if it weren't for that big "O" adapter.

This is a 3.0 hub and works great (not always as backward compatible as it claims) but is a good unit. Comparing it to last years unit (hanging beside it in the store). the bump in price is questionable for the change in the design...

The only issue is it doesn't work well with physically larger flash drives since the ports are so close together but it doesn't have an issue with standard size USB plugs.

They can be pulled out easily, but this has not been an issue at all since I hold the hub when I insert or remove USB cables from the ports.
