I like that the fan plugs into the usb port on my computer rather than having another cord across the floor. But if I tilt my computer desk so it's comfortable typing, the pads do not grip and my laptop slides down. Would probably work good for a smaller laptop. Mine is a 15.6"

I bought this because my laptop was overheating. This works perfectly & never had a problem since using.

Using it to cool an Compaq Presario CQ56. Works well unless I am streaming video using WIFI. Then PC still get very warm. No the fault of this cooling pad even though I think the fan should run a little faster.

It does what it is meant to do to my laptop; it cools it down.

this is a great fan its better the then my last fan i bought at walmart and now i have a better fan

i really like this laptop cooling fan it works so well and it is comfortable to have on your lap.

it cools the laptop...when the laptop isn't slipping. also cant use it on my lap or in bed since the fan is exposed and gets caught on fabric

My old cooling fan kicked the bucket so I picked up this one. Hard to do a review on a new product. Yes, it works....and yes, it keeps the laptop cool. But will it last more than a year. We'll see. But thus far it's doing an adequate job.

The fan works very well. If the fan have more output and chilled the laptop a bit more I'd give it a 5 star rating. Even if the design prevents it from packing well inside carry bags.

Light and mobile! works good. USB connections make it a great companion for notebook.

A very good product and fairly priced..does its job but is abit nosier than some...there is a low humm that is pretty constant--but candidly after a while you don't even notice it-If not for the noise I'd giver it a 5 star-

My Dell laptop cooling fan had stopped working correctly, and I needed to keep using it for an online computer course I was in the middle of. As I already have a MacBook pro (purchased at BB) for my business applications, I didn't want to spend a lot to fix the PC problem. After looking at several alternatives, I settled on this product and it has worked like a charm.

I encountered an overheating issue with my laptop. The reps at Best Buy were wonderful in thinking out of the box and in figuring out the best cooling fan for my one fan laptop and which cooling fan would be most effective with my laptop...I had no idea that my laptop fan placement determines which unit to buy...KUDOS to the Best Buy reps at NW 17 Ave, in Miami...

The 1st one of these I purchased about 3.5 years ago and it still works great so when I got my daughter a laptop, I wanted to make sure she had one of these small but excellent cooling fans to go with it. She is quite happy with the performance as it does exactly what it's supposed to do: keeps her 14" laptop from overheating and is quiet while it does it's job!
