Still has some issues with lag and connecting multiple devices but the ability to have a guest/media ban is super sweet. Range is good, even though there is no external antenna. Multiple ethernet ports in the back is good, but the part that is awesome is the USB port that can share media via a media hub. So being able to share with other devices connected to the router is sweet.

Found this router after my old E2500 died. I wanted something that ran dual channels and had sufficient power to reach my basement from my 2nd floor office. This one did the trick. My only complaint is that I had trouble connecting my Vizio smart tv, but that was a problem of the tv needing a WPS connection. The Web based control interface is great and very user friendly.

Replaced an older router with dual band N to one with AC capabilities. Mostly used for smart phone WIFI coverage. Have not yet used to stream video. About a month after installation, the router shut down and would not allow wired internet service. Removing the router allowed normal internet service. Used the reset function on the router to fix this issue.

The Belkin Router works great, a huge improvement over the old router. The only improvement I would suggest is that they include written instructions for installation. We had problems installing because of a problem with our computer that we were unaware of until we tried to install this. Had to call the company, but got a great tech rep. who helped us out!

When my previous wireless router with "Lifetime Warranty" went out, I called for Technical Support.. What a joke. They wanted $200 to put me back on a Support Program as they claimed the warranty was on the hardware only. For that price I could have bought five (5) new ones with ninety (90) day Support on each. So for $89 I bought this unit that was Three (3) times faster, dual band, had a guest network, and was not a hassle to set up. No Brain-er!

got this router after upgrading modem. the setup was easy and it worked great for a week, then we had a massive thunder/lightning storm that killed it. they were out of this model when i took it back, had a higher price one on sale for same price that i went with instead.

This router was easy to install, but it kept dropping the signal to my wireless devices. Plus the range wasn't as far as advertised. The signal would drop as soon as I walk out the door. I ended up replacing with the Netgear nighthawk, which works great.

I have cox ($245.00+ monthly - fast package). I had a Linksys Cisco 5 or so years old. I had bad wireless upstairs and just dealt with it for years. I saw this one on sale, read the "strong" reviews and set it up. Setup is quick, go slow, follow directions and you will receive SPEED. I am a nerd and internet speed junky. I need HD and I need speed. I used to get 20 on the Internet Speed Test on my phone when sitting next to the computer, I used to get 10 or 11 upstairs. I NOW GET 30+ UPSTAIRS AND 82 DOWNSTAIRS (tested around 6.30pm). The strength of the router is Great. The location of my router is behind 3 walls to get to the upstairs. When others stream HULU, Netflix or HBO, they just use the "media" account.... no stream problems at all.

I purchased this router as a replacement for my old Belkin router that I had owned for years. It had gotten to the point that it no longer sent out a signal so it was time for an upgrade. This router works okay for my needs, although it has the tendency to cut out and lose signal at least once a week.

I get close to the 62 mbps speed i get with the cable modem alone... about 58.2 mbps. I bought this because the box showed a better wifi range than the other models although it didn't indicate the best range. The range is about the same as my previous modem/router. It was easy to install and performs well.

Used Belkin before and needed an upgrade. Liked the 520's range on how I can use it for all my devices even upstairs in my bonus room, actually does as it advertised. Love it. So far I am happy I bought it.

Much better performance overall, although I still run into some intermittent lag issues whether web browser or streaming. Comcast told me this could be due to the walls within my apartment so I can’t honestly say these glitches are from the router.

this router replaced an n600 belkin which served us well for 3-4 years but started having to be reset every 2-3 days. This router is very stable and havent had to reset it once in three weeks. Its more powerful, faster and handles multiple streaming products with ease!

I ended up having to purchase this because the cable company didn't explain to me that for internet service only that this is the device you need. I purchased a modem after I set up a new internet service only account based on what they said I needed. Well low and behold the guy comes to install it and states I bought the wrong device. Once I got it and connected it, it works very well. Don't make the mistake I did...Modems are for cable service and routers are for internet. This was the least expensive router in store and I does exactly what we need it to.

Had to replace older router that I believe was fried by power surge. Walked into Best Buy with old router and talked to sales rep who got me fixed up with a better replacement had several to choose from did not buy the premium model but satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this because my PC does not run well against 802.11g/n. This router was very easy to set up and has been reliable for a month now. I put it into access point mode and use it's 802.11ac capabilities daily.

I couldn't be more happier. This router is really fast, especially wired. The ranges is good, signal good, and it has a stylish look to fit my other electronics. I would recommend this to any of my friends.

While this is not the "top of the line" product it does have some nice features and good speed for the average user. The guest account is one of the features which allows others to use with out having to hand over your password. Good bang for the buck.

This Belkin Router was very easy to set up. I haven't had any issues and performs great. I have it installed on the first floor living room and still get a great signal in the den in the basement.

This is a very good router for the price it sells for especially if you want to get ac. However the range was not as strong as my previous gen belkin. It does what it has to do and if you are not covering a wide range of square footage you'll be fine.
