I will say you must have small arms for it. My arms are very small and I was almost too big for it. I would recommend for small arm adults or teens.

Great arm band for iPod nano

It fits the iPod nano nicely, has a nice look to it, and it even includes a key pocket that I dud t know of when I bought it. It does not slide off or rub when he runs.

No sizing on package and only 1 size available. Packaged so item can't be removed for examination prior to purchase.

Holds Ipod firmly in place

The only thing I don't like is I can not place it on my upper arm since the strap is not big enough. Put it on my forearm which isn't the worst thing as it allows me to easily change music.
