As for set up... it never mentioned set up was only able from a pc. I kept trying to do it from my phone. Once I got to my pc it was easy to set up. But that's as far as I got. I couldn't get customer service to help me so I returned it.

Because camera had station and it was hard to connect. But this device connects to your WIFI so easily. You can watch anytime from your smart phone and record or listen live. Connection never lost

Was unable to find software update on Belkin's website. I want something that I can leave unattended for months at at a time. This didn't last 2 minutes. I will look for something better.

Anyone that has trouble setting these up either has a bad item or something is wrong with them and they shouldn't be allowed to vote lol! Night vision could be better because where I have them inside I don't have any lights on during the night (I'll have to correct that) but you can literally see nothing. Also, the motion sensor is not good as I've set it at the lowest setting and constantly get emails. And No, its not looking at an outside window where you can get motion from trees, leaves, etc. I turned that feature off but they def need to work on that.

This camera has great HD quality, and allows you to listen & talk through the camera. We love the fact that we can stream it through our phones & iPad. Great camera for the price.

Purchased 2 and set up one in the bedroom and one in the living to watch my 3 dogs during the day. Was a little confusing setting it up but went to the Belkin website and figured it out. Clarity, sound and video are great. Can even use the talk feature to really confuse the dogs, ha.
