My phone is larger and it does not negatively affect the armband. I have run half marathons and multiple 5ks with this armband and have not had any problems. It also has an interior pocket for a key or credit cards.

It has a small pocket to hold small objects like keys or credit cards while I'm exercising. Trust me, it's always frustrating to find a pocket to hold those small but necessary items. I highly recommend purchasing this armband if you exercise on a regular basis.
